Pathetic hotel. Do not book. Doesn't even have basic ac rooms. Food service is not available from 10:30 pm till 8 am. Hotel location is 8 km from mussoorie mall road

I had an outstanding stay at the nirvana hotel in mussoorie. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a beautiful view. The food was delicious. The hygiene standards were impeccable throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to help. Security was top-notch, with attentive personnel. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.

Easy to reach (on main road. I chose executive room. It was just good. May be other rooms are more than good. I liked their service and quality of food. They even served the food at 11:30 in our room. We left the hotel in morning next day and the food was so delicious that we went to their restaurant again for lunch.

I had a pleasant experience at nirvana. The staff is well behaved and quick. Rooms look bigger in photos than in reality, but they are cozy. I took the room with balcony which faces the road. Having morning breakfast in that balcony was a good experisnce for me. Location is appropriate, just 15 mins before mall road.
