Hotel Sahi tha!! Room b sahi tha, Par dusting krne wala tha! Saaf Safaai ki Dhayaan Kam hi rakhte h ye hotel wale!! Washroom ka exhaust Fan khraab tha!! Toilet seat ka Cover Apni dhunn mein edhar udhar naach raha tha!! Sach mein Balcony ko Safaai ki boht jaroorat thi!! Aisa nhi h ki room acha nhi tha, Room Balcony ka view sb Acha tha, Par Safaai pr dhyan dena chahiye!! kide makode Room mein Company garden smjh kr ghoom rahe h🤦‍♀️

Vry Bad experience. No co-ordination amongst the staff. Booked, Paid Full balance, but no rooms left

hotel ka staaf bilkul bas time pass karta rehta hai apna saaman car se room tak khud leke jao vo beth ke dekhte rehte hai or phone chalate rehte hai or jaisa make my trip ke ap me room ke images hai waisa room nai hai etna sara paisa deke hotel essliye book karte hai kyu ki comfort stay chahte hai per make my trip ki app kuch dikhta hai or kuch or he milta hai jitne paise me book kiya tha untne paise layak nai tha

My stay was not good at all. Firstly, when we reached there ,we were offered roomat the second floor and no one was interested in taking our luggage. Secondly, we asked for lunch in the kitchen and there was no food available there. Then the worst thing that happened was in the morning. I wish to have a coffee in the morning. To my surprise there was no kettle in the room and when I called kitchen at 07:30am they told me that kitchen will open at 08:00am. I again called at 08:05 am and they told me it will take time. At 08:30 my husband went, fought in the kitchen and then alas I got my morning coffee. Last, our stay had was with breakfast but again kitchen was clueless about our breakfast. We then asked them to prepare paranthas which were not cooked properly, poha quite spicy and bread butter.

The room was quite big so that’s a positive but didn’t have lift though that’s not a problem as such but light was cut for brief period of time and the staff wasn’t very responsive and have the right attitude in fixing basic things like power cut etc

Good . ..amenities also good...nice view to see also...and big room..balcony... everything is good..

Pleasant stay with a good view. A bit of arrogance in room allocation though. But, I would like to book again for its location.

Is location good but the staff behaviour was so good I ask for TV connection they say we have to buy new TVS so our TVS are not running

Location was very close to kempty fall Room was very spacious with the balcony area with great view of mountains Bathroom had hair dryer Geyser and other facilities Staff was nice

,manager behaviour too rude.My suggestion is don’t book this property.

calm,peaceful , clean rooms. food could have been better. overall experience is good due to location and ventilated rooms.

This is a awesome location, awesome big size room and a comfortable stay. Food was also good. Nice view from balcony and budget friendly.

The stay and the staff both were awesome and friendly. The food was amazing. Services were up to the mark.

While the property is well maintained, the location is a problem for site seeing in Mussorie part of the region (as the property is near Kempty Falls). To keep in view the sun usually sets around 5pm in Winters and travelling on narrow roads in the hills leading to the property.

Good and pleasant stay, staff was good and obedient, neat and clean place, view from balcony was also good
