Room services was very poor, hot water system not working, food was ok, location is good.

The stay was amazing the staff was very friendly and cooperative the rooms and the view was also very pretty

Poor service and poor food... breakfast is also not good and very less variety in breakfast and dinner

The location of the property was awesome, amazing views, however furniture and fittings were broken in the super deluxe room, tap in bathroom was not functional, complementary breakfast was serving at too much delayed time, however food was tasty, service was slow pretty laid back staff.

Geyser not working. Cleaning was not proper for kitchen

It was a nice stay i had a perfect peaceful time with nice comfortable rooms a class standard rooms are available here and mussoorie mall road is just a km away so it’s easy to hoop everywhere and the view is the best from this property, ill regularly visit here.

I am enjoying the stay room & location is awesome. Staff also cooperative.

Hotel was good and ambiance was ok. They do not provide any dental kit not even water bottle. They will provide normal water in jar. Staff doesn't behave properly

No one attended call to reception from room, each time we had to go down and ask them, there was no toiletries in the washroom we had to ask them explicitly for that. No water and water bottle was provided we had to go down and ask them about complimentary water bottle .. even tissue roll was not there in toilet. bed sheets were not cleaned properly

I have booked this hotel around 1 month before and I wasn't expecting this much good it will be. Rooms was properly clean and well maintained. staff was very helpful and kind. they have helped alot. Hopefully once I will visit again again I would like to stay on same place as it's very close to Mall road and petrol pump. we call easily go to anywhere from hotel 5 ⭐ from my side

The stay was good and near to mall road. Faced a little difficulty during settling the food bill as the hotel was charging me extra but apart from that everything worked out fine. The view was amazing.

The kuchen is outsourced to a group of guys who are just fooling around. Not at all serious about kuchen nor the the quality of food. I jade stayed in august 2023, the hotel ran out of towel, kitchen staff again is a joke. I had to order food from outside. For 3. 5k, one would expect some basic comfort. The rooms were decent, but tv wasn’t working. The reception on the ground floor was almost in the room. So noisy i couldnt even sleep. 3/10

Decent hotel. Situated at excellent location mear to mall road and having parking facility. Good room. Just need improvement in dinner facility
