Stayed at Pine Villa during my trip to Mussoorie and had a great experience overall. The location is peaceful and away from the busy Mall Road, offering beautiful views of the hills. Rooms were clean and well-maintained with good amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was a highlight – delicious with multiple options to choose from, which made the mornings even better. The only drawback was the slightly tricky approach road, but it’s manageable if you’re used to hilly driving. A great place to relax and enjoy nature. Would definitely recommend it for a quiet getaway.

My stay is very comfortable joyful . The hotel is very nice with great services. Amenities are best , design sleepers is very attractive specious Rooms With balcony . We enjoy mountain valley view with the cup of tea what a feeling wooww. The food is very tasty. Hygeine washroom . The staff is very cooperative and hamble polite. Highly recommend. Thank you the pine villa for give us amazing memories. ❤️

room was good for a family of four but the service was very slow. only good thing was staff's polite behaviour poor food... poor cleaning. staff knew about our stay and we reached late still nothing was ready

All things were good except and unexpected chaos at time of check-in. The front desk staff is miserable , totally ill trained . Despite having confirmed booking we were were assigned the room after an hour of discussion and make my trip agent involment we got what we had paid for. Worst is the staff does not even listen

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the room was clean and comfortable, and we loved waking up to such a beautiful view of the valley. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent.

It was a very comfortable place. Had an amazing experience there. Looking forward to more trips there with my friends. However, please improve the in-room facilities and keep stock of daily necessities like toothpaste, brush, comb etc. Since it is provided everywhere people might assume it would be available. Thanks
