COZY STAY
So this was my second stay at the property ,considering location it have perfect coordinate from where you see all of dehradun .Food was average and was too costly. Staff and services was also decent in in response . Overall my stay was cozy definately will recommend this property ✨*important *either come by taxi or you should be good driver to reach this place

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend
I had a very bad experience overall at this hotel. The room service was terrible, and cleanliness was a major issue—our rooms were not clean when we checked in. Every time we needed something, we had to call multiple times to get even basic assistance. It was frustrating and unprofessional. If you’re traveling with a large vehicle, be warned: the hotel is located through narrow, confusing one-way roads, and Google Maps offers no help in navigating them. Reaching the property was a nightmare. The breakfast was horrible—I had it at the hotel, and my stomach started hurting immediately after finishing the food. Clearly, hygiene and food quality are not a priority here. The photos and views shown on the app are misleading. Out of the three rooms we booked, two were right next to a transformer. We couldn’t even open our balcony doors safely. At one point, someone from the floor above threw a glass bottle at the transformer, which caused a spark—it was both dangerous and terrifying. One of our room’s bathroom sinks got clogged, and despite trying to reach housekeeping and informing the reception, no one responded. We were forced to use the washroom in another room. Overall, it was a very, very bad experience. I would strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for families or those looking for a safe, clean, and comfortable stay.

Staff is not good as per hotel brand.
property is not as per expectation. seems staff is untrained. service wise not good. In night, you can expect shortage of cold water and ice. buffet was also not good at night. Manager is good, who was available at day time. He was taking care of everything but at night, seems things was unmanageble. I was not able to use balcony because some sewage kind of smell was coming continously.

Amazing experience

Excellent Stay
The stay was pleasant and the staff were polite and very helpful. They helped with getting us nearby scooty service and also guided us with famous spots to visit. The food was good, and the service was at the best. Worth it. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Terrible Stay
Very, difficult to find the property and location also not correct in Google map and food is fine but amenities and services are just as we are in prison and we are culprit, I suggest if any one didnot find any property even then not select this property and this chain
