Terrible Stay
Right in front of the private taxi stand. The only advantage is that the hotel has its own private parking space. The lifts are not working, and the entire property desperately needs renovation. The charges are unreasonably high โ not worth the money at all. Guests are allowed to drink openly, and loud music by groups of people is equally enjoyed by the hotel staff while serving liquor in the open. This makes it highly uncomfortable for families. In short โ a pathetic experience. A normal family cannot stay peacefully in this hotel.

Hotel is under construction. Only few rooms are available . Locations is good but quality of stay is just average. Toilets were cleaned .

Poor Stay
There were no toiletries (brush kit) and towel provided in one room even after asking and wash basin were broken in both rooms. The handwash and bodywash were looking so cheap quality, water content was more then 70%.

Hospitality was not good. Receptionists was supportive. Food was not good, found hair on breakfast. When i asked whatโs this. Hey replied โho skta haiโ. Overall bad experience.

Poor Stay
mirror and wash basin inside the room were broken.This was not acceptable as it shows they take customers for granted . Not happy at all!!!!

Overpriced Hotel with low class rooms and services.
Services and room are not good at all. The bedding was also dirty. The parking had too many hassles and the owner seemed arrogant and rude.

Very Poor service, rooms are not clean . Food is bad and not allowed to have outside food is feeling like a jail.

My stay at Raj Hotel Mall Road Mussoorie
It was wonderful there with staff very supportive and helpful. With nice clean rooms and surroundings this hotel is just few meters from main market.

Poor Stay
The rooms were untidy Kettle was broken and make froth upon heating water The door and door frame were in poor state The door latch (main lock) was so jammed that it while trying to make it work it cut care takerโs thumb. Had 2 deluxe rooms both had issues highlighted above, asked for another room, none were available, asked for an free upgrade was denied. Was ready to pay partly, was denied again!! The receptionist was behaving like she was doing us a favor by letting stay in such bad rooms

Excellent Stay
I had a very excellent at hotel raj. It has amazing and supportive staff members who were available on a single call. Furthermore, cleanliness in the room and hotel premises is outstanding and it has an amazing view from the common area. All in all i had an amazing stay in hotel raj and highly recommend it to people coming to mussoorie.

A terrible experience from start to finish
familyWe stayed at this hotel and booked 3 rooms and i should say it was terrible experience for starting it's not a family hotel. People drinking on terrace in group loud music all facilitated by hotel staff this is something i saw for first time. The staff was truly unprofessional no towels were changed a bathroom where exhaust did not worked for 3 days even after repeated request for 3 days in a row. The owner were rude to the point when we checked out they asked us to pay 250 rs for a chipped coffee mug which they straight away put it on us when they provided us those, a goon type hotel staff was there with pic of hotel staff.

Nice stay
It was good hotel and best location and good staff. Only we were disturbed by stags boys guests at night with their phone calls and alcoholic chats. But hotel stay was too satisfactory.

Most horrible stay of my life.
Horrible hotel, king sized rat in rooms, u leave your door open and monkey will take away your valuables. No intercoms, every time u have to cum to reception for every small thing no washroom kit provided, dirty unwashed wet towels with stains all-over. Who gave this hotel 3 star rating, it is a downgraded lodge. Breakfast is included in my deal but it was pathetic.
