We took an apartment and sealing was leaking due to rains and the rate was way too high. Also there was spider in the rooms and cockroaches

stay was excellent but the rates offered by make my trip were too exorbitant, actual rates are quite low we blindly believe in MMT to offer us cheapest and lowest price but in this booking I feel cheated as the difference of rates were extreme.

Location- centrally located but very NOISY. Had booked the best room ( SUITE)- but no window, no scenic view, no breakfast. Food- mainly Gujarati cuisine, just ordinary food. No lawn or greens to enjoy the outdoors, very small outdoors which was occupied with cars.

Hotel location is good. Food is very good. As such no great restaurants at Mussorie. And hotel food is very good. Their room service is good and people are quite courteous. Rooms are a bit average as property is old. But overall I must appreciate their attitude to go out of the way to help.

Had a lovely 4 days unwinding at this lovely property. If you want to experience the lost charm of Mussoorie this is the place.

Perfect place to stay if you want a real cottage experience on a hill station.. Great location with easy accessibility and view from the top. Restaurant is also good.

The hotel is quaint with beautiful greenery all around. The rooms were good and especially gardens were well maintained. The service is good and staff is very attentive and prompt. Overall, we had an amazing stay at the property

Pros- location, lots of garden area cons- old ill maintained property with everything in repaired. Wc lid barely hung. Shabby dirty carpet flooring. Staff uses the paths for open urination.

This place is not like a standard commercial hotel. Old style rooms and furniture etc. Give a different and positive vibe. Good place, friendly staff. Breakfast was good. At the center of the city.

This property is located bang on mall road with clear view of entire doon valley. You will get a sunshine in your room in morning and it will be there till 4 pm as they have open garden in front of their cottage. Food is great. Heritage property which fits for everyone, family, friends and couple as well. Overall a great stay.

We paid for 2 nights for a standard room without breakfast, but the room wasn’t worth a night… maybe around 2.5-3k a night won’t hurt too much. There wasn’t enough space to open a suitcase. The outside seating area is nice though. The room service is very fast as well. The view from reception is great, the view from room is fine. Lots of monkeys in the morning… close to mall road.

Too small room, dirty toilet loose tape water dropping regularly, poor room service, greedy staff.

It was a nice hotel, room which i booked was small, so i upgraded the room, which they did it easily, my overall experience is good. Meals were good and staff was cooperative. It was good stay.

Superb view and of course the rooms were clean and had all the facilities. Staff was cooperative too.

Excellent ambience, good stay, excellent heritage property in the heart of mussoorie. Very tasty food & good staff.

Location was very good. But the room was very small. Washrooms was very bad. According to price no facilities were provided. But the surrounding and environment was very soothing. Those who have directly contacted the hotel they were preferred for room

Excellent location, polite and helpful staff, great food. Stayed here for 2 nights with family and felt like home away from home. Few meters walk from mall road. But it has both pros n cons as walkable distance from mall road but peaceful.
