Hotel Was Good, I have taken Family Room.Room was spacious but bathroom was not upto the mark and smelly. rest was ok and staff and service was 👍👍

it's a very good property.. the staff is polite and helpful. would like to go here again incase I visit again. Beautiful views and the food was very good. Location was also apt. go for it

Old Furnitures.. Wall paint marks on balcony chair & furniture... Kitchen services very poor & food quality not Good.

It is an unforgettable experience in The Pride Mussoorie. All staffs are professional and their food items are also good. Nice location, well decorated rooms...

Its 10 to 15 minutes away from mall road. The hotel looks and feels old and services were average to bad. Rooms were old, curtains were dirty, the washrooms are not properly ventilated and smells pretty bad. We booked a royal room with valley view but the balcony was dirty with monkey poop. The rooms are not sun facing so you don’t get any sunlight in the morning or noon hours. Reception people were not very helpful or responsive. The only saving grace was that you get breakfast, lunch and dinner . You are basically only paying for food. Nothing else. Food tasted good and food and beverage staffs were also good and prompt in service. That was the only thing i liked about this hotel. To go to mall road you have to walk uphill and with cars passing by every second it was not a very pleasant experience for me.

It was very nice and staff was so polite. Service was good. Best part was breakfast and dinner we had at property, it was so amazing. Loved it. Every item was so tasty.

I booked valley view and it was awesome, only issue is sometimes you can't sit in the balcony and enjoy view due to monkeys

The service was good. It's not very far from the mall road. The garden is very cute.

Had really a wonderful stay in valley view room. Services were very good and food was literally outstanding. Thanks to the manager for complementary lunch as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is 5 out of 10. We were a family of 4, but there was no view from the family room. We had to accommodate in the royal room, which had a better valley view, but was too small for our group. Hygiene not upto the mark. Lack of professionalism, however gentleman at the reception was kind enough to sort out the issues

Me and my wife had the most amazing time. We stayed in the royal room which had the best view of mussoorie in my opinion. Food also very nice and the staff is too humble and polite. Must visit.

Warm and comfortable. Nice rooms, washroom has running hot water and all the amenities. Room is also newly renovated and filled with the comforts which was a surprise because we didn't pay alot of money. Over all the food was also very nice with nice ambience of the restaurant. Recommended.

Maze aa gaya. Hot water constantly running, although they ask you to wait 15 mins after one person take a a shower and that's okay. Breakfast had a wide spread with juices and cut fruits which was unexpected at this budget in addition to paranthas, choice of eggs and sandwiches plus milk shakes. Had a very nice stay.

Wonderful stay. 700 mtrs from theall road and with the traffic it turned out to be the best decision. No parking hassle and no traffic issue. Wonderful rooms and what a view from the terrace.

This turned out to be a surprise by my wife and though we like to live in branded hotels but am j am extremely happy and pleased with my stay. No complains whats o ever. Special mention to the view and staff.

Very nice hotel at very good location. View from there is very beautiful and awesome. Rooms were clean and spacious. All staff was very supportive, friendly and polite. Taste of food was very good, thanks to chef. We enjoyed the stay here.

Best hotel in this price, room was clean and tidy, nice staff specially chef who prepared our chicken tikka with perfection.

At this price not good hotel.
