Heat Pump Not working - No hot water Buffet was not served Food in breakfast served was cold Heater in Aircon was not working in the room Whenever you lock the room you have to ask housekeeping to open the door because room key will never work! Sheesha was taken away in less than an hour

familystaff: good cleanlines: good food: average main issue is there is no hot water in any room and we had to ask for hot water bucket for bath...and we used ti get answer issue is resolved. make my trip should not promote this hotel because after paying 10k plus per night wr should atleast get min facilities

When we entered into the property it was made cute. The lobby was good. When we went down the stairs to our room, we could see the reality of the dampened walls. The maintenance should be done. The room had a strange smell which kept on coming even after we came back from our mall road visit. The location is nice it is situated in the mall road so it is easy to walk out and enjoy. The service was good. Breakfast was really good.
