Mussoorie Gateway

I recently stayed at Mussoorie Gateway and overall had a good experience. The stay was comfortable and the food was enjoyable. However, there were some issues with the washroom fittings and the maintenance of the hotel, which could have been better. The service was average - nothing too impressive, but it got the job done. Would I recommend? Yes, for its location and overall comfort, but improvements are needed in maintenance and service.

Perfect stay and view especially the Cherry Blossom tree at the entrance. Food was awesome and with a very reasonable price lower than mall road prices.

From the moment I arrived at [Hotel Name], I knew I was in for a special experience. The staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, making check-in quick and effortless. The dining experience was equally exceptional. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and dinner at the in-house restaurant was simply outstanding — every dish was cooked to perfection. and a special thanks for Mukesh Kumar who served us.

Food was good. Property had hill view for all the rooms with good maintenance and service was great. They were providing complementary pick up and drop facility from Library chowk on demand.

the property are well located area in Mussoorie,near to mall road , the property view are excellent, good & quick hotel all services, i surely 100% recommend to this hotel for my family and friends when he comes in mussoorie..

It was a wonderful experience we had at this property. It was beyond what I had expected about it. The location was amazing with a great view and surroundings, providing a quiet and soulful experience. The staff was really polite and courteous and their complementary pick and drop facility to the mall road and back was awesome. The best part of the room was the balcony and the view from it.The food was good with reasonable prices. A great place to stay for a nice vacation with your loved ones.

The location was nice, close to Mall Road but the cleanliness was not upto mark. Pillow, bed sheet even towel had some stains. Also in the name of power backup only two lights are there.
