best hotel for couples .. i have stayed here for 4 days and my trip was really amazing. their staff behaviour is so good and they are so humble

My stay was so comfortable. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Food is also good. Rooms are nice and view is awesome from room. Parking is also there. Everything was good about hotel

Overall, the stay was good, but the staff members were not very active or attentive. There was water flowing in front of our room which started coming inside. Unfortunately, no staff member was available to listen or help with the issue. The bed sheets were also quite dirty. However, for a family stay, you can manage for one night. The views from the room were nice, which made the stay a bit better.

Went off-season (in September first week), got it for cheap price and enjoyed it very much. The bed is cozy, the TV works fine, the view is AMAZING! The food is quite good, they have a free pickup service and drop-off to mall road. And the parking is very safe. They also provide help with rental bikes and such stuff.

Rain water leaking through room Wall,water collection in passage/varandha. No Slippers to wear, though floor tiles were too cold.

From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations and in house food is also amazing with pocket friendly prices and staff everything like nice and they also provide pick and drop service from stay to Mall Road

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff was very helpful. They even provided a convenient pick-up service, which made my arrival hassle-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Another big plus is the location it’s just a short walking distance from Mall Road. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel

The property is very near to the mall road of mussorie. They also have a pick up and drop service for mall road, which is excellent. The valley view from the balcony of mussorie gateway is something to rave about. Food is delicious and servedqucikly. The room service and staff were polite and highly understanding, they help you with everything. For example, i wanted to make a surprise for my partner's birthday, i requested them. They had decorated the room before we checked in with ballons and brought cake for birthday celeberation. It was a great experience of staying there. Strongly recommended for anyone visiting mussorie.

it's highly recommend, you can go for it without giving a second thought, very nice staff, well behaved everyone, u can really enjoy the scenic view from room window, it will actually feel like u r in mountains

we had an excellent stay at hotel Gateway. we were very impressed with the facilities, complimentary transportation and the meals. hotel staff were helpful and friendly.the view from the room was phenomenal . the rooms and toilets were very cleanI would highly recommend this place
