Tulip Inn Green Castle

Hotel location is right at the centre of Mal road. stay was amazing. Room with mountain view was breathtaking and as it was mentioned. Staff is really helpful. They helped with luggage during both check-in and check-out from mall road to the stairs up the the hotel. I will be suggesting all my friends for this go-to hotel on Mall road.

Staff was not so good especially the lady on reception, maintenance is a issue, overall staff was not so humble, if u have any old person then u have to take 28 steps to climb hotel, as per the price hotel is not so suitable, better to go with Ramada that will feel 10 times much better

It was not a standard room... no people in hotel at all, some staff person were very rude.... even though we took breakfast, hi-tea, and dinner.... but staff was behaving as if we are in langar as no buffet due to no occupancy.... the pakoras served were like from a roadside thela... and cherry in the cake was when we I was taking bath the exhaust fan fall on me... thankfully didn’t got hurt.... and when electrician came to repair it he was showing as if we were swinging on it.... it was a not recommended place to ever stay over and won’t ever go there again.... no iron, hair dryer in room .... it was a very local kind of room.... pathetic

The property is well located and the view is awesome! Especially the sunset view. If you're not staying here, come here at least for a meal during evening at their terrace restaurant.

Tulip Inn is surrounded by the greenery of Doon valley and has a panoramic view as well. The open terrace is awesome and so is the food. The staff was also very courteous during our stay. Would suggest Tulip Inn to all my friends and family :)

Our stay at Tulip Inn, Mussoorie was superb. The view from the hotel balcony is amazing. It's right on the Mall Road so the location is also good. Kudos to team Green Castle!

The property is very good. The location is central. The rooms are clean and hygienic and staff were also polite to speak to. I would suggest you visit this property if you are travelling to/fro ISBT Kashmere Gate by bus. Kudos to whole team!

I just visited in the September month, and I was mesmerized to see their luxurious accommodations. Their staff behaviour is also excellent, and I would love to visit again.

No Amenities that is mentioned on page, location on hotel is such that you cannot reach and park in evening hrs, everytime you go and out you have to pay to government.

The stay was pleasant. However, the food could be improved in terms of flavor.

Good and hospitable staff

In make my trip shows that we will welcomed by drink but there are not anything like this in the Hotel

1. Staff is cooperative 2. ⁠location is not bad 3. ⁠property isn’t that good (it’s old) 4. ⁠service is average 5. ⁠they have water issues. I stayed for 4 days but everyday early morning I had hot water issue for shower. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many good options available on the same Mall Road. I would suggest Make My Trip also not to display this hotel on the top of their recommendation (for whatever reason) as I fell for that. I trusted MMT and I am really disappointed.

Very courteous staff, clean place, good food and above all, very very beautifully maintained venue. Hotel arranged for pick up too on request. Very happy to have stayed there, thank you MMT.

Too high price for this kind of hotel by mmt. Aside this if we want to book it in cash or credot card price for 2 rooms is 9600/- but we used mmt voucher it costs 15500/- very poor services by mmt for clients having mmt vouchers.

no network, wifi was not working, rooms very small, construction voice coming from the hotel
