Lemon Tree Resort, Mussoorie

The hotel is advertised like a resort, but it really doesn’t feel like one. It’s located about 2 km from Mall Road, which means you have to take out your car every time you want to go there—quite inconvenient if you were expecting easy access. On the positive side, the food was good and the staff was polite and courteous, which made the stay more comfortable. However, there were frequent power outages. Although the power was restored quickly, it still caused disruptions and was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say the place is just average. my stay was excellent super class neat and clean room and stop was very nice.. Vijay ji and Nitin was very helpful

Food is not good. There is no lift in the hotel and rooms is on 2nd and 3rd floor. Also no proper arrangement for baby food.

property location was very scenic and food was amazing. overall services and amenities were too good.

I have booked room for 15k which was situated in basement of the hotel, smelly rooms, when you request the hotel staff to change the room or provide the room with some good view they clearly denied, total waste of trip. Only very few rooms are having balcony.

Had a pleasant stay at the lemon tree hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite especially ms. Manisha and mr ram. Hoping to visit again soon

Overall experience was comfortable. The food was amazing,the staff member chief Anil, Vipin,Jasveer, Himanshu,Amit ,Prashant Babar and Vijay Khandari was sweet and coperative.

Staff was really good. Rooms were good only the view of rooms in the back is not good at all. There was bad smell in washroom due to some problem in ventilation.

I have been staying in Lemon Tree hotels since a long time and we have been welcome by a citrus aroma and great welcome drink usually, unfortunately this hotel is actually a 2 star property and no more.The only saving grace is the restaurant, where the food is decent and service is better than you can find elsewhwere in the hotel. The checkin process is totally unwelcoming, the upkeep of rooms and common areas is totally not there, even the glass in the room was broken.

worst experience. struggle to get each and every facility. Rooms are below standard. The staff's behaviour was arrogant and unprofessional.

Good resort with spacious rooms. not much amenities in the resort at present but was told its in construction. Food and service were also good. would recommend this resort if you plan to stay in mussorie.

property location in terms of views and surrounding beauty is marvelous. Travelling to the tourist spot is also convenient from the property location. Sheff is very good in a variety of food and taste. All the services required for stay are fulfilled by the staff smoothly

Location is good, it is 5 minutes drive to Mall Road, Good vally view, clean ambience, good service

Location wise it’s poor .You have to hire a taxi for the market.The most saddened part of it all the rooms and corridors are stinking so badly.u need to spray air fresher in alternate hour like.it never maintained the quality of staying.Mineral bottle costs 160rupees excluding taxes for what reason dont know.it cant be a star hotel.Night time nobody one will pick up your phone.so many things to write.. simply wastage of money to stay over there

Food - 4/10 In all meals included package, buffet wasn't put up. 90% of the dishes were not available in the restaurant. Cleanliness -6/10 Location 9/10 Staff 7.5/10
