Excellent Stay

Our stay at this property was truly delightful. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, which greatly enhanced our overall experience. Terrible Stay

I couldn't locate the property for 3 hours, no sign board no name mentioned even on the property I am myself a travel agent by the name of Journees Travel LLP when I couldn't find the property and suffered for 3 hours how can I promote to client. I can never forget how much I suffered to locate this property

1. The apartment was beautiful, just as shown in the pictures. 2. The view from the balcony isn’t great, as many trees block it. 3. It is situated on Mall Road, which is a good thing, but the exact location is slightly off to the side and very dark at night. 4. The towels were not very clean, but the caretaker changed them the next day. 5. Shower gel was not provided. When asked, the caretaker said they don’t provide it. 6. I was not able to connect to the Wi-Fi, although I didn’t ask the caretaker again since the TV was already connected. 7. Both bathrooms were clean but had a bad smell. A room freshener would have helped and one bathroom was leaking (although we didn’t use it).
