Hotel JS INN Mussoorie

Too worst in service, reception, room service, food service and maintenance of room. May please improve your self otherwise close the hotel. Such bad we never had, kindly note.

Breakfast does not have too many option. Room quality was not good. Staff was not professional. View from hotel is definitely good.

Guys please think 100 times before book this hotel or keep this feedback in mind. If you dont want to spoil your hard earned holidays dont book this hotel at any cost. Manager arvindra garg is very aggressive and money minded. He wont even provide the basic ameneties for eg. Drinking water, tv connection, toothpaste etc if you book the combined meal plan through mm t they will only gibe you dal and chapati to eat in lunch and dinner both. And if you want to order other something else it will be chargable. Please find below my some geniuene feedback of this hotel. 1)basic amenities are missing while i have booked the meal plan theough mm t like drinking water, toot paste, daily housekeeping. 2) manager arvindra garg is very rude and he will littraly fight with you if you do argument with him about any norm amenities. 3) staff are untrend and less a expirenced. 4) food quality is not good. Hotel is too far from mail mussoorie mall road. 5) hotel will charge for everything leta say your dinner is included in plan and yiu have ordered another meal apaar from fixed one. They will charge you. 6) nothing there for kids fo enjoy. 7)property is not managed well and deliever is very slow if you will order your diiner at 7pm they will serve you at 9 30 pm.

The hotel has good ambiance including its food, safety level and hygiene. It was a wonderful time there along with the great scenic view from the hotel.

Its amazing to stay in this hotel, balcony view is amazing. Love to visit here again

Services are too gud, hotel staff are very corporative n well mannered.

Was terrible. Quite far. There was no electricity in night, ni breakfast was sounding of quality

Hotel js inn was best and staff was very co operative

No power backup. Rooms, lobby all are dusty. Had to go out to reception for every little things as telephone not working. Had to ask for the dental kit as it was not provided.

Owner of the hotel was nice, they should do some better with the room bedding.

All perfect the staff was nice and humble

I checked to the hotel but there was nothing like you have entered in a hotel and i literally had to check multiple times to remind the staff about the amenities i needed or have orders to be placed in the room, i would say the only thing good was the owner co-operation and the food. They are nee in business but they should be more cautious about the facilities they provide. Overall experience was ok as i did not have to stay their for a day just few hours.

Hotel gates closes at 12 which doesn't allow any intruder inside. Additionally, it is well fenced. Food is excellent and location is away from hush-rush. You can enjoy nature.

Awesome room service and excellent food

Rooms are not similar as it showed in images, rooms are very small, only ground floor is there, rest is under construction, rooms are having large size glass window with semi transparent curtains, no privacy, not comfortable. Hotel location is also not so good. After reaching there we decided not to stay there, and we left within 10mins. It was completely a pathetic experience for us.

The only thing good about the hotel is the single person who is managing the entire hotel. He welcomes guests, does cleaning, cooks food and does everything else. When we arrived, we had to literally knock on the door fiercely for 10 mins for someone to open the door. The parking space is so bad that if you are not careful while taking u-turn, your car will end up deep inside the valley. We asked for one extra mattress for our 5 year old kid. We were given the mattress, but next day it was told to us that it will cost additional money per day. We later got to know that the hotel actually charges less for the mattress, but looks like he charged us more because we were the only guests there and he wanted to make all money from us. In the breakfast, only parantha, egg roll and sandwiches were given. We don't eat egg. So, we ordered Aloo Poori. We were given that but later at checkout, we were charged extra for it. Not even 5 stars charge that much and that too without informing earlier. In breakfast, you can only order 4 aloo parantha, after which they will start charging even though we had already paid for our breakfast at the time of booking. They just want money and know nothing about hospitality business. Terrible terrible experience. Book at your own risk.

It was nice stay at Hotel. Staff was cooperative and all basic amenity were nice and clean
