The only thing good about the hotel is the single person who is managing the entire hotel. He welcomes guests, does cleaning, cooks food and does everything else. When we arrived, we had to literally knock on the door fiercely for 10 mins for someone to open the door. The parking space is so bad that if you are not careful while taking u-turn, your car will end up deep inside the valley. We asked for one extra mattress for our 5 year old kid. We were given the mattress, but next day it was told to us that it will cost additional money per day. We later got to know that the hotel actually charges less for the mattress, but looks like he charged us more because we were the only guests there and he wanted to make all money from us. In the breakfast, only parantha, egg roll and sandwiches were given. We don't eat egg. So, we ordered Aloo Poori. We were given that but later at checkout, we were charged extra for it. Not even 5 stars charge that much and that too without informing earlier. In breakfast, you can only order 4 aloo parantha, after which they will start charging even though we had already paid for our breakfast at the time of booking. They just want money and know nothing about hospitality business. Terrible terrible experience. Book at your own risk.

Dear guest, your booking was for two adults only and you were accompanied by 2 kids of age 5 and 9. Extra occupancy is payable, three people can not have breakfast when you have booked only for two. Our complimentary breakfast menu is very well mentioned in our menu and we do not offer Aloo Poori in that. You ordered Aloo Poori, we served it, so have to pay for it. Charged amount for a serving of Aloo Poori looks like five star prices?
