Do not waste your money here
I paid (including breakfast) a deluxe Room in off season and in Tuesday . Room was not up to the mark at that price point bedsheet was dirty , blanket was dirty food quality is very poor and prices was very high... highly not recommended waste of night waste of money

hotel is totally different than they shown , no cleaness, very poor service, according to price it's very expensive Such a small smelling hote...food was also worse . there is no garden no dinning area in hotel menu steal dal roti saji and pratha is only options.....and out side food is also not allowed in this hotel so what should people eat?.

The ambience is not good. The cleanliness is zero. We tried tea, it is only tasted like boiled water. Also the service is too slow

Average Stay
property location is 2.5 km close to mall road, and some 20-25 steps down from main road. they don't have dedicated parking space. hotel lobby and rooms stink with smoking all the time. they don't have dedicated space for restaurant so you have to eat in your room or tarrece. room service is very slow. all together not worthy at all in this much price.

Title: Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended!
I had an amazing experience at. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities. I especially loved the comfortable bed and the beautiful view from the window. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. The location was perfect — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area

The experience was good overall, Located near Mall road clock tower. Service was good but some facilities didn't arrive on time as they have limited staff, complimentary breakfast were average (3/5).

Terrible Stay
Food and service was terrible. Who offers yellow dal and jeera aalu in dinner buffet. Atleast have some decent menu or remove dinner buffet option from your page.
