Review Of Hotel Garhwal Terrace GMVN on Mall Road Mussoorie

This is our fourth stay in Garhwal Terrace, GMVNL. Earlier expenses were so good that we immediately booked two rooms in this hotel when we saw it available . But this time it's tured out worst experience. No room service. No Tea kits. Only soap in toiletries. No packed water, one cool cage was there with water. Bed sheet with bubbles. Instead of white and covered blanket / rajai, was given colured and dirty blanket. Washrooms require much modifications. Cafeteria is outsourced so bills required to settle immediately, can't be billed with room. Food items are overpriced. Now only one positive thing - which it's location, which is always plus point for any GMVNL property across the Uttrakhand locations.

Stay in Garhwal Terrace was very cool, rooms were cleaned, free wifi was available and free mineral water as well. Breathtaking View from the deluxe room. The rooms are spacious..

The hotel charged Rs 1800 extra cash without any receipt. Need refund for my payment. They did not provide any payment receipt for that.

Reception was a welcome food was excellent, staff was very helpful and amiable room was very comfortable.

Location was good. But breakfast was missing. Property needs renovation. Windows were not opening. Furniture was old.

Location baht achhi jagah par hai. Govt. Guest house which are having very good room with gyeser. Library chowk se sir f 700mtr only walking distance. Car parking is available inside hotel terrace. View from terrace is amazing. Room charges are nominal 1500/night for economy rooms. From makemytrip you can get at 1100-

I liked this hotel very much felt very good here. The view of d hotel is very nice. The road of d hotel is very bad. Hope you get it fixed soon. But whenever i come to mussoorie i would like to stay in this hotel.

Rooms are not clean. I will give marks 40 out of 100. Bedsheets, pillow, toilets are not upto the mark. Mosquitoes issue in the room.
