Excellent Stay
Staff's are very polite and helpful. Food is very good and the room has a breathtaking view. I had cream of chicken soup and it was too good. Poor Stay
Not good facilities for basic needs we have to wait for a long time. Food quality is also poor As in washroom geyser is not working Pathetic service will not visit again

stay was very comfortable. Food Specifically nkn veg was not upto the mark. Rest food was good and stay was pleasent. staff was cooperative. Breakfast menu to be changed daily as it seems monotonous

Bad experience.
1. The lobby of the hotel was very dirty and room which was given was not clean. 2. Even post request for cleaning room was not cleaned 3. The room shown on app and room actually given had lot of difference, in terms of size and condition 4. Options at Breakfast are very less, only 4-5 options were kept. 5. The price of the room is very high, please research before booking this hotel, there are many hotels available with less rates and great service and conditions.

Except for the service, everything was 👍. They charged me for bottled water which most hotels give as complimentary.

Chairs in the dining area were broken. My sister was badly hurt ! Highly negligent staff ! Even after warning them, they didn’t take a heed !

The room with a balcony was great with amazing views of mussoorie food was great Mall road is 2 km away for which they provide paid shuttle charging 230 to and fro only downside was the room soundproofing as you can hear outside sound which disturbs your peace

coupleAwesome location the valley view from atop 8000ft is one of the best in whole of mussoorie. Climate is exotic with fog and mist in the morning. Night view is fantabulous with lights like twinkling stars. All in all excellent stay with nice breakfast and dinner. Transport wise well connected with main library chowk and mall road. little inclined walking for elderly people. Room service and housekeeping was amazing

coupleAwesome and one of the best viewing location in whole of mussoorie jil station. Very appropriately named queen of hills. Luminously excellent sight during night. Only little difficult to reach hotel by walk for elderly tourist. Amenities services are also good.

The location of the property was a little far from the mall road but was good as it kept all the noise and commotion of the traffic at bay. The hotel had its own parking which was very convenient as it being a long weekend and lots and lots of tourists visiting mussoorie. The staff was helpful, although the hotel should itself provide facilities as it is located far from the mall road instead of charging for them. The food offered was good.
