Hotel is false promising to attract customers. Hotel did not provide any inclusion except for hi-tea. NO extra bed provided. NO complimentary meal upgrade. no 10% discount on food. Apart from that. NO exhaust in washrooms. if you take bath, floor wont dry till next day. If you ask why you are not getting inclusions, your services will be delayed. Couch fabric drycleaned 10 years ago. it was very dirty.

It’s good. Do not expect very awesome experience but what makes it excellent is the location at the main area of Mall Road. Only problem is that it’s located around 200 meters down the hill so makes tedious to come up - unless you are a fit person. Apart from this good place to stay specially when you are like all boys or no kids. The best part of the property was its location as it is just on the right place of Mall Road where all the happening places are located. Only issue could be that the location is a bit downhill which requires some hiking after you park your vehicle, to come on the Mall Road. But that’s ok. If you are little fit also then also it’s fine. With kids or elders it could be a problem though. Overall looking at the price nothing better can be found. Cleanliness also not bad.

Too much bad experience...We said for glasses and water bottle for many times but they did not give us.....No hygienic.. We call on reception many times for water but no one pick our call.. When we book this hotel They mentioned that A welcome drink and hi tea between 5 to 6 pm but we didn't receive anything.... Food quality very poor.. Never book this Hotel Totally wastage of money

Serious maintenance, hygiene and hospitality issues. Not worth the price. S

Property needs serious maintenance. Reception area, dinning area were filled with flies. Lawn area had broken furniture and not at all as shown in the picture. Rooms were spacious but had number of dents and tears in the furniture and walls, bed's headrest and sofa needed serious drycleaning. Hospitality was average. Location is not exactly on the Mall road, rather half a kilometre steep downhill. Inconvenient to carry luggage. Food was fine. Overall - Not worth the price. There are better places in the same price range.

We booked this hotel on MMT with pictures of property being posted however the infrastructure is old than shown in pictures and location is not an easy task to get your cars to the hotel parking . There are no sign boards for directions and hotel staff at reception doesn’t have any idea of neatest landmark. Buffet has good variety but needs improvement in food quality.

Overall not a good experience. Location is very difficult to reach with no conveyance available. We had to walk 2.5 km to reach the hotel and no one was responding in phone call on the contact no of the hotel. We will never recommend this property to anyone. Ideally hotel should provide the nearest stop where the tell Traveller can go and what needs to be done after reaching the stop and also make arrangements to bring the guests from that stop ( may be they can charge )

Our staff always eagerly wait to guide the customer to their hotel location as guests's ease is our priority. As our hotel is basically at the mall road and in that place there is a rule that no hotel can carry lugguage of guests to the hotel as there is a union of porters or coolies they themselves carry guest's lugguage to the hotel on extra chareable basis. we cant go against the rule. still we will definitely work on ease of guests from stop to the hotel . thanks for your valueable feedback.
