Very bad experience.. the service was very bad they fooled us by uploading wrong pictures but the hotel was not like that . Totally worthless.. i want my money back

Great location with good service and great food, walking distance to mall road. 100% recommend this place to any one who wants a great deal.

Pathetic experience. They charge for executive room but which room was shown in picture totally different. Rooms was so dirty manager rajinder singh was so rude when we complaint to them room was so dirty then he said it just like that you have to adjust till morning or you talk. Bed sheet was too spotty. Insects in room. Mosquito in room no ac and no fridge. Washroom was full of hairs even after cleaning. No buffet system in lunch and dinner. No fixed menu. They we are served only dal paneer and one chicken daily daily same menu. Any other items chargeable even basic. Breakfast buffet also pathetic. Room service was zero their were only 3-4 person who are doing job in house keeping and same was in restaurant. Location was poor so far from mall road. Overall experience was very bad. Even i registered complaint against them in consumer court. And this hotel around 2 km far from mall. Mats are also so dirty. We are non smoker and in my room one cup with smoke ashes even after room cleaning twice. Even after complaint for room was dirty room service didn't come for cleaning till 26 hours of my check in.

It was one of the most pathetic experiences one could ever had. We requested for an early check-in and got the confirmation and but at the time of check-in they denied it. Television in the room was not working and we reached out to the reception 8-10 times but nothing worked. Their food quality was terrible. If you’re looking for the breakfast then you won’t get anything. Everything was stale and soggy. If you’re looking to stay in mussorie and you don’t get any other option, i would recommend to look out for a 1-2 star guest house. Their staff is clueless and doesn’t know anything. Staying in a mandir or gurudwara would be a better option rather than staying here. Absolute loss of money. Refrain from booking it.

Me and my family faced multiple issue in hotel as below : 1. Hotel charged for my nephew who is 6 years old instead we did not demand any extra mattress or other facility. 2. No dryer and room heater facility in such costly hotel. 3. Tv and router is not working, and we call multiple time hotel staff for resolution but no advantage. 4. Limited food option in buffet. 5. Pick and drop staff is rude. So overall experience is not good and cost us too expensive

Services are very pathetic, basic amentities are not available as per the guests in room the staff are not cooperative specially the girl on reception and kitchen staff the value of money is not upto the mark

The property is a at a very good location but it’s an old property. The rooms are also not maintained that well. We found huge spiders in the room both the days of our stay. The experience with the staff was mixed. We had a very mediocre experience with this property.

Hi guys, i was travel-ling to mussoorie with my family and had booked the above mentioned property we have booked 2 rooms 1 was with the valley view and the other was a no view room, trust me pols do not book the room with no view as it’s honestly a room with 0 view no windows just 4 walls. The breakfast is also very very mediocre and not great. The staff is though very nice and warm. The walk from the mall road to the property is quite a bit. Honestly did not enjoy the stay at all.

If you stay at seven oaks, be ready to face horrible staff, dirty linens, torn and dirty towels, tasteless food, they will not allow you outside food, road to hotel is veer bad. They do provide toiletries for 1 person in bathroom.

Nice and clean room and toilet along with good view of mountains. Descent staff. Breakfast and dinner was good. Over all experience was good.

Booked 2 executive rooms and both the rooms were on different floor. The reception people clearly told that since you booked it through mm t we cannot do anything. Despite paying premium prices, lots of spider in room

The service was so bad even room was not properly cleaned and other no water in washroom tab after asked the rply was that tanker has coming with in 5 mint even staff behaviour was rudely talked. I strongly recommended pls do not book this hotel. You have more choices in this prise around mall road

Loved the hotel and staffs were also polite. Pooja at the reception was very kind and polite.

Everything is ok except dinner. Staff is very nice.

Food is very good, the staff is very helpful and cooperative.
