Review Of KLIO Adventure Resort, Mussoorie

The location was horrified due to a bad and muddy route. Difficult to travel by car specially with family. There was nothing complementary like water or beverages. Food was tasty at affordable price, adventure activities were fantabulous and other services like dusting etc. were fine.

The check in was quick, and the staff greeted us warmly. View is absolutely breathtaking! The resort was very clean, and the rooms were spacious and cozy. The food was delicious with a decent variety as such offbeat place ,However, the Wi-Fi could be improved as it was a bit slow. They have a fun outdoor activities . The staff was polite and prompt in service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to any type of groups and also good for families. can be improved:- Direction towards the resort.

After booking, the resort staff did not pick up the call for 4 hours. With great difficulty we found the place, as all the way from mussorie to the resort there were no signboards. When we reached they said we have not accepted the booking, talk to make my trip for refund. Then after an argument we requested and they somehow agreed and gave us the tent also they took around 1.5 hours to set-up the tents while all of us were freezing outside on the property grounds . Also once they gave us the tents at 6 am in the morning they said checkout sharp at 10am. Then once we all wokeup we found that one of our tent is damaged we took a picture of the same as a proof. During the check out the staff started blaming us for damaging the tent and asked us to pay, we showed them the picture so that we justify , in-response they said this picture is recent and refuse to accept, then again the staff started bickering and misbehaving stating that we have done a favour to you guys by providing the stay as they never accepted the booking also said go talk to Makemytrip we cant help it. However after nasty fight we didn’t pay for the torn tents but only stay and left the location with a bad memory. This time i was really disappointed with make my trip.
