Extremely Misleading Listing – Not Suitable for Families We had booked two Bunker Rooms for two adults each, as shown on MakeMyTrip. However, upon arrival, we were informed that a Bunker Room actually means a shared space with multiple beds and is not recommended for families. This was never mentioned during booking. We were then given a room with just one bunker bed, which was in terrible condition—unhygienic, foul-smelling, and not clean at all. To top it off, we were charged an extra ₹3,600 for this downgraded room. This experience was completely disappointing and felt like a bait-and-switch.

the service is very poor they are are going with me and also they don't know how to talk with her customer and the room is very ugly and I don't have a conditioning that they have shown in the picture and also the room was very smiley and hotel have their some friends and they all were doing parties on light and disturbing the guest but still hotel staff does not do anything as they are their friend and I feel very regretful that I choose this hotel Everything was worst , rude behaviour , bad smell , bad view , bad guests

The room which was shown in photos was not provided by the hotel owner. I was with my family and i felt embarrassed. The room service was also not up to the mark. hygiene was also a big issue. Even for the single towel i had to asked so many times. My experience was terrible and i don't suggest anyone to book this hotel.
