Poor Stay

Terrible place , No place for parking. It’s not even a hotel, it’s a rented home so there is no lift, no reception also, so no proper contact person for anytime. Washroom is stinking as hell, water was linking everywhere. Bedsheet and cushions were full of stains. Very small room. Main thing they have forgotten to give mirror in the room, only in washroom there is a mirror. Only one star I will give for this place because there is only bed to sleep.

The overall experience was so bad that we had to change the hotel within an hour. The maintenance was so bad. Washroom seem to be cleaned but actually it was stinking. We ordered food request them not to make it spicy. But guess what they made it extra spicy and most important. They don't even have any reception. It's like they opened a half built hotel. The only good thing was their drawing room. It had games to play. But even it can't make us stay there longer than an hour

The hotel stay was excellent with a great view if you take the valley view room, the whole property is very good & food is also good. A little problem with the washroom, the smell is very bad, they need good ventilation. The hotel location is on the road. Very good for families as well as groups.
