The property is beautiful and offers a truly scenic view of the mountains and river. Rooms are decent and comfortable. However, a few things to keep in mind: • There is no lift in the property, which can be inconvenient if you’re traveling with kids, elderly people, or carrying heavy luggage. • They do not provide room service, which is not mentioned beforehand and can be disappointing for guests who expect it. • The buffet options are very limited, so food variety is restricted. Overall, the resort is good for the natural surroundings and peaceful stay, but service limitations should be considered before booking.

It’s a beautiful property and tastefully done. They had very good arrangements for taking us to a secluded beach. People are nice and friendly and lot of options for activities are available. 2 things that needs review by the team are food. Very limited options in the buffet. Esp for non veg we were served same item and cuisine everyday for dinner. Second, is it is a bit overpriced for what you get.

We visited this property with our two kids. Location was good and peaceful atmosphere who prefers a very calm place to relax. However there was limited things to do for kids. There was no activity within property to spend time you can take your alcohol near to restaurants with complimentary snacks from Restaurants but ambience was quite dull (or peaceful you can say). Food variety was also very limited. You can go to very serene bank of Ganges near the property which is absolutely worth it.

The spa is a relaxing addition, though services for kids—like foot massages—could make it more family-friendly. For adventure lovers, kayaking is available nearby at extra charges. However, adding some complimentary activities would be a nice touch to enhance the overall experience. Overall, Atali Ganga Resort is a fantastic choice for nature lovers and adventure seekers looking for a peaceful getaway. With its stunning location, great food, and excellent hospitality, it’s an experience to cherish. Just keep in mind that it may not be suitable for older adults due to the hill-based layout.

I have visited on 15th but very terrible experience cottage allotted me to check in 200 steps from ground floor no lift no room service after discussion i have only manage to stay in management room with ac will not cooling below 25 degree so please not refer to recommend this resort with five star facility

The stay started out alright. But here is the thing. The stay is alright as long as you dont face a problem. The moment you do, they will throw up their hands and refuse to help. For our last day, we had requested for an extension of stay. The manager- ms. Tanya telly had agreed and confirmed that at a certain price, we could. Basis this confirmation, we didnt make any alternative arrangements. At 2 pm in the afternoon, we are informed that we will have to pay 5k more if we want to stay or leave immediately. Basically they demanded that we leave or pay 5k extra. Since this was over budget for us, we had to leave at 2pm in scorching heat for rishiskesh which is 30kms away. Not only this, the property called the guy who had rented us his activa to come collect it. This was shocking. So we would have no place to stay and no way of reaching the main city. Somehow we managed to get an alternative accommodation at rishikesh, 3 hours later. Both of us are suffering from a heatstroke. The inconsiderate and greedy behaviour of the staff is reprehensible.

No room service, no lift, u have toh climb to your room every time u go down, even cafe is very far from room no room service available at this price it is useless to have stay in this property

It is a very good property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was also very good. Property was well maintained.

Expensive property. Lot of climbing of stairs, difficult for elderly people. Staff very polite and co-operative.

Property is quite far from the city and falls on the way to chopta auli the rooms are very neat and surrounded by forest. If you love nature then go for it! the prices are quite high and with that price the services such as - room service, toiletry is not available. So if you want anything you need to go all the way down to your restaurant for any meals. Also carry your own toiletry as this won't be provided. There is no wi-fi in room

There is no room service for snacks or any kind of food order. Each time you want to have something, you need to go to cafeteria. Even after paying that much for a night, there is this terrible service. I won't recommend it if you are going for relaxing in hills.

A tali ganga is an excellent place with very personalised service. They went extra miles to take care. Their adventure sports is well integrated. Food variety could be a bit better though it was very home type tasty food

A wonderful place staff abs excellent food par excellence however they could stretch a bit to communicate all comfort is thought of eg keeping hand towels and water when planning a yoga session on site relaxed ambience with muted music playing in the reception, in the dining hall and even outside at the time of the evening snacks and so on

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at atali. The place is heaven. I specially want to mention that the staff is very cooperative and ms sunita was in particular very good.

The resort was exceptional with all the facilities and top-class food. The staff was very professional and courteous. The best part was that adventures were included in the price. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

The team at a tali was very responsive and ready to serve. They were very sensitive to our requests. Given our allergies they went ahead and prepared separate dishes for us.

stay at hotel was just ok it’s was very difficult for pregnant women and elderly people to go there because there are only stairs to climb no other option no electric vechicle or a way for it to go in that as i was myself 6 month pregnant and docter had strictly advised me not to climb stairs but it was not mention when we were booking hotel we get to know when we reach there and our booking was non refundable so it get very difficult for me to be there as thếre was no room service also we had to come again and again for every meal. we had to climb stairs for every thing. nothing else this was only the issue as they did not even adjusted by giving me room at lowest after requesting i went there for relaxation butit’s was risk which i have taken by going to this hotel it’s better they should mention all this at the time of booking because this property is not so people are giving good amount for the stay
