The hotel staff refused us to book the room through MakeMyTrip because they will give discount if we do it in cash, yet we have to charge extra for taking a metro to that hotel.

The service was not good and the property was different than the pictures. They were no proper toiletries provided and the room was not well maintained.

Just wrapped up a two-day stay at Sunny Cot Hotel on Mall Road, and it was pretty great. Location-wise, it's perfect – literally had easy access to everything around. My room was super clean and cozy, and the staff were all really nice and helpful. Definitely a solid pick if you're looking for convenience and comfort.

Excellent Stay
I stayed here with my husband for around 5 days and the service was amazing. the staff is very polite and humble. My husband got a stomach infection because of the streetside food and the staff helped us a lot. The chef( Anil) was very polite and helped us with the healthy food specially dal khichdi, daliya, plain daal and all. I really like to thank the hotel manager(Pyar singh) and all the staff.(Pooja, Subodh,Himanshu) good luck.

the management is bad, rooms are so so
Rooms don’t look as good as the pictures. There were around 10-12 young folks in the property who were playing extremely loud music on speaker on the terrace a partying. Other guests could not sleep till early morning because of the disturbance and management did nothing. Basic requirement when you book a hotel is that you can get some sleep at night. Only good thing is they pick up and drop you from Mall Road.
