Review Of Hotel Howard International

The hotel is located at a very prime spot — right on Mall Road, which is a big plus. The food is very tasty and the staff is polite and helpful. One more positive is the in-house parking facility. Rooms have smart TVs connected to Wi-Fi, so you can easily watch JioCinema, Hotstar, YouTube, etc., which is great for entertainment. However, the hotel is a bit old and the rooms feel a little suffocated due to poor ventilation. There is no exhaust fan in the washroom either, which could be improved. ✅ Pros: Excellent location (on Mall Road) In-house parking Tasty food Smart TV with good Wi-Fi ❌ Cons: Old property Rooms feel stuffy Poor ventilation No exhaust fan in the washroom Overall: Good stay if you're looking for location and food. A little improvement in ventilation would make it much better. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5)

Best part of the hotel is it's location.bang on mall road .and second .room were neat and clean.staff I have to say was v helpful from manager to service people. Food was ok-ok .breakfast i will not recommend as nothing great but evryhting esle 9 out of 10

Not great requires improvement staff was good and cordial however requires maintenance of the property

Property is at prime location. Staffs were very polite and helpful. The hotel food was delicious .. I will prefer this stay if I visit again

Stay in ho-ward international gives you a feel of home. The entire staff including housekeeping servers front desk and the chef/ kitchen are polite very helpful and prompt and efficient they go and an extra mile to make your stay comfortable. We stayed in ho-ward international in 2023 and came back this year and shall continue to do so. Keep up the excellent service.

Negative: hotel rooms are pathetic very dirty room and line m are very dirty springs coming out from mattress its completely disappointing rooms and hotel showing in pictures are completely different. Positive: location on the mall road and very staff is supportive and soft spoken.

The location was the best thing for this hotel. I it's in the middle of the mall road and has all the amenities. They just need to work on the food quality and taste.

Room had foul smell, bathroom not clean and also bad smell was there in bathroom. Room was too small as per the price. Room service was late. Towel not clean. Insets were there inside the room and bathroom. Food was ok. View from the window was worst. Pillows dirty.

Only benifit is location and free parking, property is average and not well maintained. Lacks basic amenities like electric kettle, complementary tea/coffee bags and toiletries.

Hotel was not good. The facilities provided were zero. No inhouse restaurent. No doubt, location is good.
