Excellent ambience and great stay for famil
Excellent property with nice and spacious family room and great valley view. I highly recommend the property for family traveller's. Staff was very co operative and well cleaned ambience.

Good Stay
The stay was quite comfortable. Hotel room (executive)was very good. View from the room was nice. Reception and kitchen facilities need improvement. Overall the stay was good value for money

A value for money
Value for money stay. Hotel is located at 1 min walk from mall road. Awesome mountain view from the hotel.

We really enjoyed living in that hotel and memorable trip. Makemytrip made it too easier and hotel was in very good condition, house keeping was absolute and food was incredible

Excellent Stay
I have stayed in hotel india for 2 days. Hotel location was in mall road and their food was very tasty and cheap in price. Also the owner and his staffs were very cooperative. We got a room with balcony and mountain view which was very attractive. Overall good experience for me

The best experience
The best hotel anyone could find in mussoorie the staff is spectacular. Sights are beautiful and the owner is super friendly which give d us the comfort of home it's like a second home for us. I highly recommend this hotel because it's more than a hotel it's like a beautiful home with beautiful people please check this property out if you ever visit mussoorie it's the best place. Ps: food is amazingggggggg

Parking sutuation at hotel india
The parking situation is very bad. The route is extremely narrow and there is heavy traffic all the time. The staff's behaviour was good. Over and all it was average

Bad management
No hot water, there was a marriage in property, due to that we suffered a lot. Breakfast was not there, bedsheet was not given. Entrance to the property is too narrow to take car, only small car is good to go.

Even water bottel not provided and poor room service
No towel and toilet paper in washroom. No worth considering room rent will not recommend any one. No visibility of hotel from mall road

Hello sir, we are extremely sorry to hear about your experience at our property. The hotel is at a 2 mins walk from mall road, and yes you cannot see the building standing on the mall road. Also room amenities are replenished once everyday, we regret the delay you experienced in the service from our staff.
Enormous disturbance while sleeping at night & very poor hygiene
The ground floor room given was adjacent to regular pathway. Couldn't sleep at night due to excessive noise of cars taxis & talks by hotel staff n occupants. Dirty bedsheets, pillow covers & poor quality towels. Overall a very bad experience as my wife accompanied me for this trip to mussoorie. Not recommended at all. Doesn't deserve even a single star hotel.
