Worst Hotel Experience

Worst hotel experience ever. The hotel is completely different from what's shown in images. Broken doorknob, dirty windows, terrible experience. We had it booked for 3 days and when we tried to cancel the final day, they first said it was possible to do so, they told us to contact MakeMyTrip and we did but after a day of constant calling, the hotel staff refused to refund by making excuses. Do not stay.
