familyQuality of toiletries and other gratuties should have been better. Two half liter ware bottle provided per day is too less for 2 persons. They should not charge for extra water bottle. Quality of linen to be better. Location is excellent.

Had a wonderful stay. Definitely would like to recommend people visiting mussoorie. Location next to picture palace bus stand. Walking distance from mall road taxi stand. The rooms were spacious and clean. Room service was always on time. They are just a call away. Polite and helpful staff. Food is good, not over priced and nothing to complain about

Location is great. Its situated just at the start of the market. Best part is you dont have to use stairs to reach the hotel. Car reaches the doorstep which is a problem in most of the hotels there. Rooms can do with little maintenance. Otherwise its spacious and nice. Breakfast spread is a little limited.

Our stay was delightful and comfortable as stars clarks is perfectly located towards the end of mall road. Landour is a 15-20min drive from hotel which is a plus point. Staff is courteous and responsive. You can hire a bike right outside the hotel to travel within the city. Parking is available. Only issue was the price of food in the hotel restaurant menu, it is on a higher side and considering that there are many options for food joints on mall road (which is a 2-4min walking distance) one would not prefer to order food in hotel at high price. Overall our stay was pleasant and will surely choose to stay in star z cl-ark on our next visit to mussoorie.
