Hotel Antara by LA Casa Mussoorie

There is no restaurant facility in the hotel and the quality of food provided from outside was very bad

The hosts were very helpfull however thats the only silver lining, no view , no electricity, no kitchen , no hot water , full of monkeys .

extremely disappointed. dirty room. soiled bedding, stains, broken flush no hot water in the bathroom. Room service is terrible have to go to the reception to ask for things multiple times. hair in breakfast. absolutely worst.

stayed for a night. The location is good, quite close to Mall road. But, the rooms are untidy. Hot water supply is also not found on time.

I booked for 2 days .the room was not properly clean . food was not good . location is also not good in terms of connectivity. every time we had to go to mall road we had to pay 300 rs .

The hotel was good overall, but there were some drawbacks. Some equipment, like the adjustable fan and geyser for hot water, were not working properly. However, the staff was helpful. Also, the pricing felt high for the quality of the property.

The location here is good, it is near the mall road. I liked the hospitality here a lot, specially Mr. Bobby Ji. He gave us very good hospitality. The food here was very delicious. Overall it was a great experience there.

Overall the property is entirely different from the images. I had to leave the hotel the same day & shift to another hotel without a refund without staying in it.

No electricity, no hot water, no drinking water, cold food served, no room cleaning, badly running taps in the bathroom, no extra blanket, no room heater, hotel is at height where street is narrow

It was good to stay here i'll suggest my friends if they visit mussoorie there was beautiful view from hotel

Good ambience good staff good location must visit but avoid going on saturday as it was so jam-packed in mussoorie

Worst stay of my trips ever. Dirty room, toiletries and towels were not given despite many requests. Only one reply was given that “ ladka abhi busy hai free hoke laayega”. That ladka never came with anything. Noise were there at night so was not able to sleep. In the menu there were many options written but in actual they said only chhola bhatura is there. So i had to skip that also. I had to leave one day early despite paying because of terrible stay experience

Rooms and not cleaned properly, no geysers in the washroom for warm water they haven’t provide things of basic necessity as in no dustbins no towels nothing were there, rooms are so dirty as in they haven’t cleaned since ages

Service was bad door was not closing hot water not coming properly tv was not working balcony was not clean
