Hotel Garden Reach - A Boutique Stay Mall Road, Mussoorie

Rooms are not well maintained, no white wash, curtains had stains, door handle was not working, only location is good (mall road )

The garden reach hotel is very good hotel, service, and location are very very very good. The garden rech hotel's staf is very good.

Fully family hotel with excellent amenities

The stay was way terrible. The room was so congested. I paid for that congested room which upon arriving at hotel the receptionist told me about the actual price which was way too much higher.In actuality I regret booking any hotel from your site. You guys are just terrible. Thank you

Very nice service and over all good experience

I recently had the misfortune of staying at the Garden Reach Hotel, and I must say that my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the hotel's picturesque location, the lack of basic amenities made my stay uncomfortable and frustrating. The most glaring issue was the absence of hot water facilities. Given the freezing weather, this was a major inconvenience. Imagine stepping out of bed on a chilly morning, only to be greeted by icy cold water. It was a terrible way to start the day, and I was not prepared for this level of discomfort and even the charging sockets were not working properly.

Dirty beds no slippers and dental kit provided, Extra charges were taken for heater , room was not sound proof room service was bad no balcony and no terrace

Heater was available only at extra prices that should be available atleast seeing the weather complimentary instead if not it should be provided with nominal cost but charges were too high

Hotel standard is not up to the mark, used bedsheet and blanket provided, food quality very poor, small geyser provided in bathroom, in winter season room heater should be provided by hotel.

The location of the hotel was good but the facilities of the room were not at all up to the mark. The bathroom basin was broken, the sofa was broken in super deluxe rooms and the rooms were too shabby with no ventilation at all.

Garden reach boutique hall is a good place to stay for holiday purpose, facility is good

Hotel staff was very humble and helping nature. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel food was also awasome.

Its very close to mall road. Amazing experience, cooperative staff. Clean rooms and they provide good service. There is no valley or mountain view from room.

The property is in an excellent location and rooms are also good but being a winter visitor they should provide the room heater also, the rooms are very chilly. Food service is also ok. Beware of the room category means what you are booking for and what you are getting.

It was a good place all over, enjoyed the stay
