Heavens View Resort - A Boutique Stay

The views are excellent. Property is clean. Ample space in the rooms. Grest Stay. However, food was not to our taste so perosnally we did not like the food but its not that it is substandard or bad quality. It was good homely food. The attendants are very helpful.

The property is at an amazing location. Everything is approachable at some distance. The property itself is beautiful and scenic. You can also plan your special occasions here as they provide those facilities as well like birthdays, engagements, haldi, mehendi, wedding etc. The view is to die for. Owners are very humble and kind. Be ready for a Punjabi and Jaat tone in their talks 🤪 Also, the food is very good. You are free to explore in the area but you must try their kitchen. You can customise your orders however you see fit. Had an amazing stay and a memorable experience. Must must must go 😃😃😃

The resort is in perfect location with one side view of dehradun and other side view of entire mussoorie. Food was good.

Worst Property ever- Suffocated Room, Poor water supply in washrooms,No complimentary Water bottles in room, Poor Ventilation in room,Food was very costly i.e. 90 ki chai….LOL

It's a quaint homestay away from the crowds. . Managed by a couple who make u feel at home. A wonderful getaway. Excellent for a relaxed vacation

Location is excellent, and in peaceful. Quality food and you can order from indian and continental. Lot of space for kids to play around.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable with the view of mussoorie and dehradun. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The room was perfect however bathroom had a kind of smell. Food was okay - okay but i won't judge that fast. Music was loud in hotel till 2 am which was kind of disappointing given the fact i went there for peace and quite. Wifi was very slow and i had to work from mobile hotspot in which jio will give almost no internet. Airtel is fine. Best in terms of sight of beautiful mountains clouds and greenery.

To start with honestly property is good and also at good location so as host they are also good. When we arrive at property as a guest we expect offer water if not offered send someone with water in room which was not provided. After asking 2 half lit-re bottle were given now glass is missing so have to ask again. Since this is pet friendly i have arrived with my pet. 2 half litre was not sufficient enough for all 3 of us. So asked again so housekeeping came with 1 lit-re of bottle which i was supposed to paid. Now to be honest they will give u everything but u have to ask everytime. We entered the room i have to ask housekeeping to clean again as it was no properly cleaned. After asking they did it. As i mentioned basic amenities are missing bcoz there is no hook in the room to hang your dirty clothes. 2: fan constantly making noise. 3. We stayed for 3 days on 2nd day i asked for housekeeping to clean at 1pm which they should have come by own and do it. After asking they did it. But neither pillow cover gets changed nor bedsheet. Neither towel was given okay fine adjusted. Then ordered breakfast 1 pyaz paratha at rs110 even that was chotu sa only 1 can eat. Dinner egg curry at rs 259 with 2 eggs. 1 tawa roti rs 30. Again water was provided no glass again have to ask. At last please get your basic amenities fixed rest u are good.
