This was very bad ****** property is near about 15 kilometres from mall road. Hume jhoot bola gya k property 6km hai. bht hi darwana hotel service nahi itna ganda khana yakk aur hotel me itne kide makode ufffbed k upar kide chal rahe the aur hmare bache ki b joke ne kaat ****** bhi bathroom bht chota tha. all over uncomfortable and hotel ka pura floor gila tha. dar ki wajeh se puri raat nahi soye hum pls maat Jana yahan par.. bus waha pe jo caretaker boy tha wo acha tha but wo b 10 bje k baad waha se chala gya tha. wah k kido k katne ki wajeh se skin elergy ho gyi hai. sare khane me sabji me baal the

The location is no doubt very beautiful but the service is worst, geysers were not working, no water in taps, hv to call owner for every small things plus the response and service were very slow. Which definitely ruin your vacay mood

Room service and food are good.. care taker is also available all the time.But we did not like the rooms much..the rooms were quite small and congested…in this hotel best part is the view only..

There is a lot of back-and-forth between the caretaker and the owner of the property over minor issues. There was a long call between them just to replace my request to give me coffee instead of tea as part of the complimentary breakfast. Second, we requested a bonfire since they have a provision for it, but the caretaker ignored the request and made up stories. Third, the service is incredibly slow. We ordered dinner at 7:30, and didn't arrive until 9:30-10 (we ordered daal and rice, not some exquisite preparation) we also asked for glasses in the room (basic things, but there was no response. After 2 hours of the initial request and after multiple calls, the caretaker asked me to go and get them from their storeroom.

Bad

The location was good, but the road till the property was broken and that was not informed to us by property caretaker even we spoke to them, also the privacy was the concern, care taker exit and entry was from the same premises, the food restaurant was reachable and taste was awesome, the overall stay was average
