The Claridges Nabha Residence - Heritage Property

Overall a good stay at the property. However, had an issue regarding the TV functioning. The staff was very courteous and cooperative. The General Manager is a wonderful person. Will like to come back.

My recent family getaway to Mussoorie was made truly exceptional by our stay at The Claridges. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an atmosphere of serene luxury, making this more than just a hotel stay—it was a cherished experience that catered perfectly to every member of our family.

It was a very nice experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff was very courteous. Food was good especially the mutton karahi .The only disadvantage is that the property is far away from mall road but they give free shuttle service to and fro.

Thw hotel is excellent with good amenities. Away from noise and chaos of main city it is located 10min from mall road with complimentary pick and drop - beleive me it is worth the service and saves one from hassle of finding parking on mall road. Property is surrounded by lush green trees on all sides. The staff is world class when it comes to service. The are polite, professional and know how to make guests happy. Breakfast speard is good and one can order other things if not on buffet. Rooms are good for a family with two kids. Importantly washroom were clean and well maintained. Loved the large screen in the room but didn't get time to watch tv. But then who would watch TV on a vacation. Overall a good stay if you are looking for a relaxed vacation with luxury.

Excellent service and courteous staff. It’s a good location for those looking for a quiet vacation. The rooms are really nice, but would be even better if they had a hill view.

Nicely maintained boutique hotel with excellent hospitable team. Food was great and it's very peaceful.

Dear Manager Claridges Nabha Residence, We extremely liked our stay at your plush property, which is nestled in the forest over a hilltop and overlooking a thrilling forest view. Having either a scrumptious breakfast or lunch in the garden was simply incredible. Ali, the head chef, is a master chef – he is passionate about cooking and skillful at preparing continental food. Dinesh, at the front desk, was warm and accommodating, and made sure our stay at the property was not an ordinary experience. We had a great stay at The Claridges Nabha Residence! Rooms are very tastefully decorated,big and clean.Bathrooms are good in size. Hotel has a royal feel to it and they have very well preserved this essence. The location of hotel is great,away from the crowded mall, surrounded by trees,right in the midst of nature. Food taste,quality and quantity is perfect 👌. Mall is 15min drive and they provide shuttle service once a day, hotel muv is well maintained and drivers are all well mannered.Staff is very courteous and you feel welcomed, which I feel is very important for a guest. Special thanks to Mr. Dinesh and all front office staff!!

Impeccable..The staff, property, food, amenities, view,etc..everything was just great...

Hello , we had worst experience despite booking a supposedly 4 star property. The property is small and view is not so great. However this was not the main issue. We were a family of 4 and had booked a suite. This so called suite was small duplex with one bathroom. The ceiling on top of the bunk beds upstairs was so low that the kids were feeling claustrophobic . We asked them to change the room but they said they r sold out . So we decided to switch on the AC but it didnt work. So they shifted the kids to another duplex where the ac was working and we slept in the allotted duplex without the Ac . Next they they offered us to shift in a bigger room . Although it was cheaper than the duplex but they didnt give any discount. Apart from this The property was not maintained properly. We had issue with hot water and doors not being closed properly. Gym was under renovation and recreation facilities were not many and not so great. The only saving grace was that there was free shuttle drop to mall and back once a day. Food was ok not so great although when we complained or asked for something they were generous and happy to offer. Staff was good and helpful. Shuttle driver was good. Wont go again or recommend it to anyone.

Location and food was excellent , service and management was very poor. They cannot manage just 22 rooms property . No spa was available inspire of making advance booking . Car management is also not trust worthy. Only few staff available who serves in restaurant and rooms all together . Overall stay was good but not good experience

Excellent property wonderful location and very peaceful.. loved the services and the food too. Mesmerizing views amidst nature. They provide to and fro shuttle service for going to the Mall road. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

The water in the hotel was yellow in colour, this cannot be healthy or hygienic to have a shower with! the hotel claims it’s due to the chlorine in the tank but to be it seems like the tank was dirty

Food was below average, stay wasn’t worth it ! overall no value for money. I wont recommend the stay if it’s more than 8-9k per night.

Last couple of years i was planning to visit massourie, finally happened this year and claridges in my mind since planned, location is great food is yum just miss swimming pool for my kids (son & nephew) and family, it is great stay overall!
