    Pleasant stat

    Overall the property was nice and secluded. All the rooms had the required amenities and the staff was polite too. The only issue was the property hygiene was not good. The kitchen and staff room smelt really bad. The fridge and other equipment were not clean. Rooms also had a stench which the staff mentioned was due to the rainy season. Lack of a proper living area which could fit 12 people was also a minor issue.

    Terrible experience at aranya villa!

    We travel-led in a group of 5 couples. Quality of the food was very bad. We find cockroaches and flies in our food. Rooms were not cleaned. The seats of commode were broken in 2 washrooms. During our first morning, pipe of the kitchen burst and water enter our rooms leaving our luggage completely wet. The most frustrating thing was the stink coming from bathroom. Drainage of ground floor washrooms was blocked and hence washrooms were stinking. Next day, we couldn’t even enter into washrooms. My wife had vomit due to stink and one of the couples child had loose motions because of food poisoning. Had a very terrible experience. They did not clean our rooms and provide towels. There was a shortage of support staff. They spoiled our holidays.
