NICE VIEW FROM ROOM BALCONY , PROPER MALL ROAD EXPLORE FROM HERE, GoOD STAFF , ROOMS ARE NEAT AND CLEAN

There was no temp check up, sanitizer, everything was smelling and bad tv broken geyser not working no intercom spits on walls horrible smell

Phone, television, wifi, door lock, water on the 2nd day. Everything was not working. Staff sounded illiterate. Did not care about the problem. Not at all helpful. They already were aware about the problem in advance. Still it was displayed on mmt. It is a breach of trust. Mmt is deceitful. Everything shown in amenities was not offered

It was really a very bad experience to stay in this hotel. There is no lock in washroom door and even room lock was not working properly. Bad sheet and room was not clean. There is a problem in hot water facility also. Only location is good. On mall road there was no food service available due to covid-19

The worst experience that i have ever experienced in my life. First of all this isn't a hotel. We did booked two premium rooms which were not even standard. No locks on the doors. Beds were broken. No bulbs/ proper lit rooms. No kettle provided. No heater provided in the rooms even after asking them. No drinking hot water as promised. No wifi which was promised. The only thing we got is a broken bed and parking. No water in taps even to go to the loo and flush. Please do not book this hotel. The helper was good but management was clueless for each and everything we asked him.

Rooms were not clean. No sanitization. No cleanliness. Kitchen was not open. Spit marks on wall. Tobacco marks on the wall. It was so untidy.

There is no service not even hot water kettles, no internet, even sewer are open I give 10.

Not much of facilities. Although location is good. Rooms were like apartment.

Good Hotel and staff, but proper location and sign board not available cause hard to trace Hotel also by Google.

Hotel manager and staff is very arrogant and they don't know about hospitality services. They only know no and not available. Even though things are mentioned in the Hotel inclusion. Property is on mall Road and it's not maintained, Hotel corridors and rooms stink and a lot of flies. It's very overpriced as compared to the property condition and services. Please note that this property is 500-600 meters inside on the mall Road. Taxi can't go till Hotel and you can't expect any help from Hotel staff even just outside of the Hotel to help you to take your luggage. To reach Hotel and rooms you have to take stairs which are very steep and not friendly for elders.

The check-in was pathetic. The offered rooms which were not clean and smelling. Lots of flies. No fan. Dirty bedsheets and pillow covers. Garbage outside window. Not worth wihich we paid per day. Later they changed rooms but still only a little better. Low water supply in taps, smelling toilets, no educated staff. Till 7 AM in morning no service. Not recommended at all.

The rooms were not clean, the bed sheet and blanket/quilt were really dirty with stains of food. The room was smelly and the toilet was in pathetic condition. The Hotel staff switched off the power supply which led to non working of geyser. When we asked the reason we were told to avoid heavy load or load shedding we turn off the main power with only lights and tv working but geyser not working. I Am sure this was done to save some money and they always had a reason or two to hide their wrong doings. I recommend never to be in this Hotel at whatever cost. You just cannot imagine how the rooms are and what the condition is.

Good service and good location and helpful staff.

I stayed at the hotel. If we want outing for some days what we need. A good room, hygiene food, services etc but I faced a lot of problems at this hotel the rooms were not cleaned, bathrooms are in worst condition too. And the main thing (food), it was disgusting not hygienic, you can't even eat it. The services was worst. Service boy took 2 has to get food and water bottle in a room. I strongly recommend that do not stay in this hotel ever.
