The room service was very bad the telephone was not working we had to ask for towels and we could not order anything before 7 pm and before 10 am

Even after pre-booking, the hotel manager took extra rs. 400 when we reached. Not only this, he argued with us as well. For the rooms, it was mentioned that we'll be having mountain/valley view but that was also not worth it because mountain view was blocked by a bunch of trees infront of the hotel. So overall, it wasn't up to our expectations.

I have travelled so much in my life but never experienced this kind of behaviour. There is an old man who sits on the counter with a grumpy face. We did not feel welcomed at all in this hotel. Infact it was as if he was angry that we arrived. He spoke with so much arrogance. Other staff members were still ok but that person just spoiled our trip. Tv was not working, bathrooms were in horrible condition, linens were stinking and so were the rooms. Broken taps and jammed doors. Everything was just pathetic. Go there if u want to spoil ur holiday!
