Only problem is no way of connecting directly with property.

The stay was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, reaching the room was a bit tiring due to too many stairs, which can be inconvenient for guests travelling with parents. Room service was also quite slow and could definitely be improved. The Manager & Staffs was helpful. Note that it's 8kms away from mall road. Decent Experience with Room for Improvement.

The upkeep of the rooms was not up to the mark. Staff was courteous. Parking was limited.

The hotel premises were littered with garbage and the staff did not care to clean it despite repeated complaints. There were huge spiders in our room which crawled on our beds. We could hardly sleep. Next morning there seemed to be a goofup between MMT and the hotel as the staff said that breakfast wasn't included in our package whereas our MMT invoice clearly stated that we had our breakfast included. The staff was very rude to us while trying to sort out this confusion. Instead of them clarifying it with MMT they kept telling us to sort the mess ourselves. (The room was not even worth 500 bucks if you ask me). This was probably my worst hotel experience so far. I'd have rather pitched a tent in the mountains.

The place is a bit on the outskirts and the views are probably not the best. The rooms are decent & a bit small. The staff was great & friendly. It was overall a great stay with an average experience in terms of the comfort.

Food and staff service was awesome... location also good .. far from traffic studded places... need improvement for hot water.. there was geyser available but was outdated

room was good. washroom pot is uncomfortable to sit. not enough space. food is limited so menu is just not what it says. location is straight road side. a common gallery near sitting or dining area gives a good view. Amenities and services are ok. sometimes we have say more then once for what we asked. hygiene is ok

The location is hard to find, no exact display board with hotel name, no lift, rooms at good height. Limited breakfast options for inclusions.

We had to climb so many steps to reach the room. At first a very dirty room was provided in which the flush of the toilet was also non- working.. The room which we had booked was already given to another guest. Then again another room was given to us which was also not very clean but we had to adjust because we were 3 females and it was raining heavily at night time. Food was also very bad. We were 3 and the room provided to us was for 2.

The room was clean the staff was friendly and the food was delicious i will suggest you to visit this property you will also see the beauty of nature from here

The stay at the resort was awesome. The service and Food was excellent and the late night fun at bonfire was outstanding

Had a great time at this hotel recently. The rooms were not only clean but also provided a cozy environment.

The hotel was good, yaar! rooms were clean, and the staff was polite. They even arranged a local guide for us.
