Hotel forest view and restaurant @ 15mins drive from Kempty fall

if you want peace this hotel is good , but near the hotel there is no market. and hotel food is not good..

1) Stay Experience: Entry was done in check in register. As per booking and show pictures delux room should be with window and balcony but in reality hotel offered dirty room without any window for cross ventilation and balcony. Inside the room there were mosquitoes and a bad odour.. Bedding was not hygienic. You can ask the hotel to provide CCTV footage to understand in which room they have kept luggage. Unfortunately the hotel has not allowed me to click pics and videos to share with the MakeMyTrip team . It seems business ethics concern and lack of professionalism of staff. 2) Food Quality:- Prior to taking keys of the room. We had food in their restaurant. Food quality was not good . Provided Roti's were not fresh .

I found this hotel through MMT , and it was a horrible experience I booked a room with a balcony but they denied that and gave me normal without a balcony when I asked they said we don't have any kind of rooms and photos shown online all are edited and fake ... there room services also very very slow and they don't entertain there guests ... please do not book this hotel and do not waste your money...

I was check out with in 2 hours because I was booked in morning appx 7 .00 am but same room was given me appx 1.00 pm .food quality is very worst.room rent too costly but room gave me too poor and unhinge.wasroom was unhinged. so it was not safe family.u was checked out appx 3.30 pm at the same date. I need refund my money.

The rooms given in the photos were not available even when we booked a week prior. The staff was polite and cooperative however the rooms were not at all good

The overall stay was good and the property is located in a convenient area, making it easy to access nearby attractions. The staff was courteous and the food served was quite nice. However, the room we stayed in had a bit of a musty smell, which was a little disappointing. Apart from that, the facilities were decent and the check-in process was smooth. With a little more attention to cleanliness, this place can offer a great experience.

The property is a little away from the city but the view is quite amazing and worth travel-ling from mall road to there. I got my self a room with balcony and the valley looks pretty nice from there.
