It was a pleasant experience to stay at the property. Rooms were clean and staff was helpful. Parking space is not available at the property.

Best in hospitality. I just booked a basic standard room but after requesting they upgrade it to balcony room. Best thing in this place is its only 3 km below from mall road so by this no traffic nosies less crowd.

We loved our stay at hotel villa barlow. The room and washroom was pretty clean. The taste of the food was delicious and ambience is good. Services were pretty fast and they ensure you do not face any challenge or concern in anything. The location of the property is also good however it is little away from bustling mall road. So, if anyone wants to stay in a place which is quiet and relaxing and too within budget, please go ahead and enjoy your stay.

"i recently stayed for two nights during a business trip. The hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and transport links. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Hotel pictures are fake. Its entrance view picture is beautiful and looks like its situated in a very open area, although it is in a very narrow street and no parking for vehicle is available there. No stay for your driver which is a custom to provide. 2ndly as soon as we entered the hotel, there was a bad smell, dim lighting and very old furnishing which was giving uncleaned shabby vibes. This bad smell continued through stairs, lobby and rooms. Rooms were not upto mark. The duplex room was totally different from as shown in picture. It was not that big, clean or brightly furnished. Tiles were broken. Wooden work was broken. No ac was there in any room in this summer. In all n all, i relied on reviews and pictures for booking a non refundable room which was totally fake unhygienic deal. We did not stay there for 5 minutes and came out and stayed in another good 4 star hotel.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.The room is spacious and clean. Receptionist is very kind. Breakfast was ok. cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable.

Baht hi acha hotel hai. Or yhn ka staff bhi bht acha hai. Hotel ki location bhi achi hai shant jgh par hai.

The hotel was quite nice for the price. The room was also clean and amenities provided were also decent. The staff was kind and also notified us about the chain we forgot there. I would love to stay there again

Both the duplex and single room were spacious and well-appointed. High-quality curtains, bedsheets, pillows, and towels contributed to a luxurious feel. The mattresses were particularly comfortable, ensuring we had a very satisfying and restful sleep. *staff* the hotel staff was extremely cooperative, soft-spoken, and always ready to listen. Special appreciation goes to the front desk staff member mr. Bhanu and house keeping staff members komal, rahul, and sunil for their excellent service. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist made our stay pleasant and hassle-free. *amenities* all necessary amenities were available. The hotel features a small library in the lounge with a decent collection of books, perfect for some quiet reading time. The wifi password was conveniently displayed in all rooms and common areas, so we didn't have to ask for it. This added to the overall convenience of our stay. *food* while the hotel offered food service in the rooms and lounge upon request, we chose to explore local dining options. We had dinner at a home kitchenette directly in front of the hotel, where the food was home-cooked style and very satisfying. For breakfast, we enjoyed delicious parathas of our choice, sitting roadside near the college. The cool breeze, pleasant weather, and stunning hill views made for a memorable dining experience. *value for money* hotel villa bar-low provided excellent value for money. Staff is very well mannered and cooperative, our kid asked for food at 11 in night, even though kitchen was closed they prepared and gave us a parantha on the spot. Rooms are good and same as shown in pictures. It’s a good deal at this price point. Property needs a bit of maintenance and pest control as we found some spiders etc. In the room. Location is 5-6 km before main mussoorie town, away from traffic. There is nothing much to visit nearby the hotel but it doesn’t take much time to go to main tourist spots.

The room was hygienic and the staff was friendly the hotel has a good connectivity with the mall road.
