Room was good and comfortable , staff is also polite and food was also nice.

Location is in the Mall Road view is osm Hotel is so good I enjoyed my stay food is tasty staff is so humble I love it

Average in every department including service, cleanliness etc. I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks!

Staying in Sangam was very pleasant for us. We stayed there for 3 days with my wife and 2 yrs Baby, hotel is situated almost middle of mall road, cab and any vehicle is not allowed there so hotel staff came for carrying our trolley as we've to walk almost 5 minutes for hotel. Room were very neat and clean, bedsheets, pillow's were clean, toilet was too clean, geyser was working properly. We got valley view room, they provide ketly for hot water, dine inn was also good. Hotel staff were very cooperative they helped us for booking cab and scooty. Overall experience for Sangam was best . Special thanks to Gaurav and Vidushi.

Rooms are well maintained and I can't say much about the hotel. On reaching the hotel I got to know that the room I booked had already been given to another client/customer.

they said balkony atteched room but actually balcony is way to all rooms there is ni any balcony, mall road is near bt no any transport allow there we are reach there by walk 800meters with heavy lugguage.

The location of hotel is apt. We booked for 2 nights. View from room is really good. Hotel is exactly on Mall road. We could walk around and explore at night. Staff is helpful and generous. Even the food was good (breakfast). Overall we had great experience since I always prefer clean space.

Nice place , nice location, can go to picture palace area nearby on Mall road as the distance is very short. No activities and balcony but Valley view is provided which is ok in morning hours. Room is small not so spaceous but service is good.

Hotel is near mall road yes but parking is around 200metres upward in another property. It’s not a bad situation but if you have luggage or someone who isn’t comfortable with that much walking, then might be an issue. Rooms are decent, not great. Good view from windows though. Service was okay as I had to go to reception since noone was picking the call at midnight for water.

Location: Location is good. It is around 1.5 kms from Library Chawk. The taxi drops you at Library Chawk and you need to take a rickshaw to Mall Road where the hotel is located. Hotel does not provide any facility to pick you or your luggage from the drop off point. So, even after getting down from the rickshaw you need to walk down the slope to reach the hotel. However without luggage it is not a problem. Evenings in the area is really lively. Room: Rooms offer beautiful view of the valley. However balcony is a shared one. In fact, it's more of an entry lobby and less of a balcony. Within the room, bed is comfortable but other furnitures can be better. Windows are not tinted which forces you to keep the window covered with curtains and miss the view from inside the room. Cleanliness: Rooms are cleaned regularly but the towels and bedsheets were not changed even if we stayed for three days. Toilet can also be cleaner. Food was excellent in taste. Whatever they offer is made fresh and tastes good. But the complimentary breakfast buffet is very limited for the price. It is better to order breakfast as per your choice. Staff are very helpful, polite and well mannered.

Stay was confortable, service and food was good. I want to make a suggestion, the hotel should mention their balcony as shared balcony in room amenities. Rest all was good.

Hotel is quite far away from library chowk of mall road around 1. 5 kms. Food, amenities and staff service and behavior was very good
