Review Of Hotel Silver Line by LA Casa

Location of this hotel is very bad and the hotel does not have basic amenities. Staff is good but amenities are not found.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, or a The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly....Rooms were immaculate and very comfortable or The bed was remarkably comfortable

I booked The Silver Line by Casa in Mussoorie for 2 night from 30 oct to 1 nov for my birthday but didn’t stay because the room was completely different from the photos— very disappointing and poorly maintained. The staff and owner were rude and unhelpful, and they refused to give a refund even though the room was not as promised. Totally unprofessional experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room was waste, Smell was there and no cleanness and service was ok , food wasn’t good enough. Don’t go there

The rooms were bad.. Nothing like pictures. Bedsheets were stained. There were bugs in room and also the room was not clean. the pictures they have shown are misleading.

It was a wonderful stay at Silver Line Staff was so cooperative

Location wise property is good but management is very poor. We informed the hotel in advance about our arrival at 1:00 pm..But when we arrived we found room dirty with no water and non functioning telivision. Though on our request corrective measures were done but it turned out mood off........Food they served was nice Overall it was average stay 3/5 stars

Hotel location is very close to the mall road library chowk and views are very beautiful from the hotel room. Mr. Kuldeep was very helpful and other staff also(sorry I don't know everyone's name). But I would really recommend this hotel.

you should not expect anything good from this hotel, At first they showed another room and provided us with another room when we reached there the food was not good at all. and cleanliness you will get any cleanliness in the hotel...I was expecting something good...but it didn't even meet my expectations. If you want to get a good stay in mussoorie, I would just not book this stay

Nothing about Hotel Silver was good — from the service to the room, everything was disappointing. For every little thing, I had to call the reception, and most of the time they didn’t even pick up the phone. And whenever I asked for something, the reply was always

overall a good experience specially food is good and staff is friendly service is available for late night also like food and water.

The hotel staff was very polite and helpful — definitely a positive experience in terms of service. However, the bed and mattress were not comfortable and had a musty, damp smell (सीलन जैसी बदबू), which affected the overall stay. If the cleanliness and bedding quality improve, it can be a much better place to stay

Rooms were smelly, with dampness in every wall. Dishes provided to eat meals were not cleaned properly, we asked the staff to replace or clean them properly. Moreover, furniture in the room was torn/broken.

I travelled with my family and booked 2 Rooms . A cleanliness issue in the room, service also not good,..
