Average stay. Hotel owner is helpful, rooms are clean, limited staff for room service. Accessibility is a problem particularly if you're travelling by taxi. You need to park the vehicle away from hotel.

Staff was to helpful and cooperative . Place was neat and hygienic . Food was good and place is just 100 metre from mall road

Is range me ya-ha issue bhi acche room mill jaate hai haa location baht acchi hai but is range me mall road pr aise bhi hotels hai jo issue zyada facilities de rahe hai electric kettle teak nahi provide nahi ki actually zyada acchi deal mill jaati hai mussoorie me so my suggestion to the others if you come to mussoorie don't book hotels, come here and search recommended -place-near picture palace the mall kulri library chowk

This property is located in mid of mall road, mussorie. Mall road, mussorie has a barricades at both the ends and can be entered with car only till 4. 30 pm. Post that you have to park your car outside mall road even if you hotel located on mall road. Property has parking. Kettle provided on request. Clean room and washroom. Geysers available. Food was good. We had a kid with us and they made food as per our request considering we have a child. Food rates are less as compared to the restaurants outside. Room service is very good.

The room and Bathroom are neat and clean, having a Geyser in the bathroom is the only Facility. Not having a hot water kettle nor any complimentary item provided by them not even a water bottle. At this price you expect some basic complimentary things. Also I was expecting breakfast having at least some varieties. But they offer only Alcarta.
