The hotel is quite good, with a great location near Library Chowk and convenient in-house parking. The food is very tasty — slightly on the expensive side, but the quality and flavor are worth it. I had booked the hotel with a breakfast buffet included, but the hotel staff mentioned that due to the off-season, the buffet wasn't available. Instead, breakfast was served in the room with limited options. That was a bit disappointing. Otherwise, everything was fine — location, cleanliness, and food taste were all good. I spent 3 nights in this hotel .The Hotel is Good , very near to Library Chowk ,walking distance hardly 3-4 minutes. Neat and clean ,well maintained ,staff behavior is good . Room service is also fast within 10- 15 minutes they serve . They have enough space for parking .I booked a Club Suite . Specious and enough space to accommodate 3 people. Nice bed, sofa ,good interior etc

Hot water facility is very poor. Frequently power shutdown. Food quality very bad.

Services and staff were very good but infrastructure and facilities were not ok staff with there gesture try to cover up and gives a pleasant stay

The washroom are too small and the bed size is also small less supply of water in the washroom

Very good staff food was veer good

Food was good rooms were clean but toiletries were not good henceforth please ensure the toilets should be neat and clean with all the basic facilities although overall stay was good. No rest was good

We were given room no.103. As soon as i entered, the room was ice cold including bed, floor everything. I immediately request them to change the room but they declined to do it. Also the hot water gazer not working properly. I would say, we checked in and we were given room 103, as a premium king bed room. As soon as we entered the room was ice cold including sleeping bed and floor. There was no heating system in this room. We requested to change the room but they declined. Also, the hot water system (geyser) was not working properly. This is worst staying experience in my whole life. But only positive thing is there breakfast and service was good, i would suggest no-one to stay in this hotel. Their advertisement as a premium double room and valley view is totally wrong.

Room service is very good, and they provide hot drinking water at check in itself which is such a relief in mussorie climate, also they refill the hot water whenever you ask. Chai and coffee and breakfast is also good. The best is the location which is very close by the library chowk. Thanks for the good service

It was a small trip of 5 days with my couple of friends and choosing devlok primal is our best choice. All the major places are very nearby just 300mts away from mall road easy access in just 2 min walking distance. Beautiful place captured by nature. Must visit place

Food was good and property was hygienic

Staff is good, location is good, service is good. But the manager at the reception was a little bit rigid and stubborn. His behaviour could be better. Othervise overall it's a descent hotel. No kattle was in the room.

hotel booking is valley booked but not allotted my room valley. nothing happened of our own choice, we booked for the buffet but room service was provided, linens were dirty. room has been changed, got another room rather than which we booked!
