Review Of Hotel Himshri Mall Road by Ovata, Mussoorie

The best thing about this place is that it is very close to mall road, and all the nearby places are easily accessible from here.

room was ok but but around the area there is no wiev. if you'll guys add breakfast than please skip single aloo paratha in breakfast. i paid 450 extra for breakfast but recieved lol 😂 if you'll rent scooty. then you have to pay parking. coz it in just Mall road rent vehicle not allowed. parking is 2km away . bed experience. there is nothing about good .

Property location is not very nice because there is no way go on the up side no windows there tv is not working properly food is average not very much good facilities are all about good but staff is also good but the service is average..

Good room with good staff. But cleanliness was not proper and food taste was also ok. overall it was a good experience but not excellent.

The room was very small with no lift and stairs were very narrow. only one person can go at one time. Tap Water provided for drinking post call to reception. issue with toilet water. and the breakfast was very pathetic. just they boil veggies and served. will never recommend any other

very nice experience. Rooms quite spacious. Had breakfast there and was very good. Could customize it as well. Manager and staff quite cooperative. Rooms had window and could see sunrise as well. Will expect staff to be a bit proactive. Location very close to mall road. Cabs not allowed till doorstep hence we had to pull our luggage though for a short distance. Drivers dormitory not available. A separate restaurant is not available hence food served at your room only..

The location of the property is very strategic and absolutely at the backyard of the prominent Mall Road. We booked two executive rooms but they gave us one executive and one deluxe(a notch below). The breakfast was good. Overall cleanliness was good but things like tables (Paint was peeling off), Washbasin (Had visible cracks yet functional) and Flush (Had to keep it pressed) bathing closet door(not being able to close properly) could’ve been of better quality and look

It was a pleasant stay with cooperative staff. The morning breakfast was good and the room was clean.

extremely dirty room, meal table missing, horrible behaviour from manager, although other staff were good. Doesn't have a lift. even after late check in, we were not given a proper clean room.

firstly the hotel staff was awesome, they received us se friendly, the behaviour of staff was good, the room was quite ok, room n wash room was clean, the furniture or was not maintained properly but as that tariff at mussouri at that location the hotel was quite well. but the tv was not working due to insufficient balance. that was disappointed me n the bed was so hard. the owner of the hotel was so polite n good nature person

It was a very good location, and the staff were very supportive, The only issue was with the washroom, early check-in is available which is a very good thing, and the food was also good. Overall a very good stay.

Feedback: I recently stayed at this hotel, and my overall experience was average. The price was affordable, and the location near Picture Palace made it easy to visit Mall Road without any hassle. However, the deluxe room was below average—there was dust, the ply of the bedside table was broken, and there were big nails that could have hurt my 1.5-year-old child, which was a serious concern. Additionally, the hotel lacks parking facilities, which can be inconvenient. On the positive side, the food was fine, with good delivery time and quality. With better room maintenance and safety measures, the stay could have been much more comfortable.

very disappointing services by hotel management. We checked in on 27/3/2025 7 person. Everywhere there was dust and it was too spoily. There is no cleanliness in one bathroom of one of the room. The lobby was too dirty with lots of dust everywhere. There was not any help in luggage lifting. On 28/3/2025, there were not hotel water until we asked for arrange it. On 29/3/2025 we have planned to leave hotel at 7:30 morning and this thing informed hotel reception on 28/3/2025 @ 9:00 pm twice and they said that you will get hot water timely. in real we actually even didn't get cold water upto 7:10 am. actually there were not even water for toilet. we asked their staff to arrange it but there didn't do anything to solve this issues and they just stay like nothing. After that we take the towels of the hotel and leave for haridwar. After bath @ Brahmkund @10:30 we gave their towels to poors and left for Ahmedabad. Actually I have photograph also but I don't know weather this website portal will allow me to load or not.

The room is very cozy, and the bedsheet is very dirty. Minimum amenities are not provided. The complimentary breakfast menu is very tricky. If you order a sandwich then you will not be allowed to order omelette. These things are funny.

Good stay and the staff of the hotel is polite and cooperative and will highly recommend this property ...
