Location 5/5 Staff Courtesy 5/5 Room 1/5..no view, extra bouncy bed not comfortable, our room 206 had extra door that opened inside 205...we could hear everything from that vice a versa: 😁, my car damaged -hotel staff parked it somewhere outside the hotel, it had missing mirror had to drive all the way back to dehradun to get it fixed

The location of the property is ok! the hygiene & cleaning is very poor ! food was terrible ! practically nothing in the buffet, beds, sheets all were stained ! very poor customer service

money waste
It was a very bad experience , Because We booked they gave us a room on the ground floor And the morning buffet breakfast was bad or worst. Bad smelling food , Whenever i asked his staff that when will u fill the food in empty serving boxes Then they keep saying again and again that mam food is coming just in a while , Even utensils were not available to eat food. Very unprofessional staff Even Toiletries are not available , worst quality towels they serve All over it is worst I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

coupleOverall good. Improvement in breakfast is advised. Staff behaviour, cleaning is good. Hotel approach road is short but very steep and not suitable for persons with problem in walking. Though hotel provides vehicle which is appreciable.

No good view from room
Property is good but there was no any view from my room to enjoy nature booked through mmt. Mmt was responsible for such false information sharing while booking rooms

A pleasant stay
The stay was pleasant and the room was clean, had kettle and all tea/coffee supplies. The included breakfast had a few choices as there were less occupied rooms. Otherwise a good stay.

Good Stay
Good hospitality, recommend for mountain travellers. Great location, right on the picture palace road. Views could be better for the imperial room. Fast services, well trained staff. Things could be better with maintenance of the property, including cleaning the glass of the room balconies.

Perfect stat
The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to mall road. The rooms were good and spacious, and the staff were very cooperative. They provided us with a minute service which is very commendable. All together a happy and pleasant stay.
