I had booked my stay from make my trip. Excellent stay with hygiene. when you are here , you are in nature's lap. It's value for money. Host make you feel like home. In my view , this stay is complete value for money. I will definitely prefer booking again I had booked my stay from make my trip. The place is Three Minute walk from the mall Road, it's situated in an uphill. They will not help you with your luggage or carrying any of your luggage. There are six room rooms. But they have kept only one service boy, and this has been their excuseAll the time that we have only one service boy. We have stayed here earlier that time the service was good. But this time it is, it has deteriorated like anything. When asked for tissue, they said that mam, this is a homestay so we don't provide tissue. when we went upstairs to sit on the terrace. They said they have tables and chairs but there was only one table and four chairs which was already taken by a family. It was denied was saying that it has already been given to a family considering they have six rooms. then talking about their food menu. They have a vast food menu, but the pricing that they've kept is according to a four star hotel. For example of French Fry would cost you 250, but they source it from local people and like a normal street food vendor, and even worse than that it was fully oily and not worth the price at all. The room size is very small as compared to the room upstairs and there were stains on the walls. They will not change bed sheets everyday as they say that all of it has gone for laundry

Property is really good. Very well maintained. The host is really nice person. Hotel services are good. View from hotel common balcony and rooms are worth the price. Located on library chowk. Best to stay.

Nice place to stay, awesome mountain view, we preferred standard room with one balcony and cleaned washroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a walking distance from Mall Road. Rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff were friendly.

The stay was really awesome, and the owners were extremely supportive and kind. They went out of their way to help us, even warming milk for our child when needed. The location was peaceful, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Truly felt like a home away from home. Must stay!

very Good Experience & Very good property

I stayed at this hotel in Mussoorie with my family, including two young kids, and it was a nightmare from the beginning. Due to heavy rain, we were delayed and reached the hotel around 11:30 PM. I had informed the hotel well in advance about the delay. When we arrived, we simply requested 15–20 minutes to step out and grab some food since they were not serving anything at that hour. Shockingly, they started arguing and insisted that once we check-in, we wouldn’t be allowed to step out at all. We spent 30 minutes just trying to explain our situation, but they were completely unreasonable and rude. To make matters worse, the people actually running the hotel were not even present – the operations are handled from Delhi, and only the owner’s parents were at the property. The father connected me to his son on the phone, who assured me that we could find another hotel and that our booking amount would be refunded. But this turned out to be another lie. After forcing us to find another hotel at midnight with kids in tow, they later flat-out refused to refund our money. Totally unprofessional, misleading, and dishonest behavior. Avoid this hotel at all costs – they are not trustworthy and will leave you stranded without any support.

My stay was very comfortable. The room was near and clean. The owner was very descent and helpful. There is nothing to complaint about. The staff were well behaved and helpful.

Nature lap homestay is an excllent option for homestay, i have stayed along with my family for 2 days and we didn't had any issues during our stay. checkin process was very smooth , rooms and washrooms are clean. owner of the home stay Mr. Vijay goel and his family members are available on phone right from booking time and will guide you for any information on the local trips during the stay..overall it was a nice and excellent stay for our family during our Mussoorie trip, location is just at walking distance from Library centre/chowk... will definitely opt again when i visit Mussoorie next time..

pathetic...facilities were not up to the standard and the taps,shower in the bathrooms were defective.p even when another additional room was booked refund was denied.... absolutely trash not recommended to stay in here the property owner promised to return the money but they refused to return the money later on
