Good property neat and clean rooms....pick up and drop facility provided.... overall wonderful experience... highly recommended.

The stay was an average balcony room were good but side view rooms are below average and smell very bad staff is co-operative but reach hotel is tricky, not kids friendly hotel , food is average Stay if you do not find any family stay hotel .

Property is good nicely made, away from the mall road very quiet. food was great, but options for the breakfast were limited. Few things would like to highlight related to service which is, we had to call them thrice for just a bottle of water, on 2nd day we asked them to clean the room but when we cam e back roo. was same how we left.

Service is not that good. Moreover cleanliness and hygiene is not there. Charges are extra for everything

The staff was very cooperative. Rooms were neat & clean. Very beautiful view of mussoorie from the terrace of jiva.

Location- 10/10 room- 7/10 service- 7/10 approach road- 5/10 experience- 7/10 first, this hotel is ok for couples and open minded families. Location near by mall raod, you can easily walk to mall road. View is very good but balcony velly view room price is bit higher side. My option is to book no view room because it's cast 50% less and you can spend your time in open terrace on same view. Approach road is very narrow and if you have amt car than its not climb to hotel. Only small or below 4 feet manual transmission car can easily reach hotel. Food was awesome. Must try dal makhni.

The hotel is very neat and clean with mountain view preferably top floor. It's on 10-15 walks from mall road but on very height. You have to ask the hotel staff to pick up otherwise it's a challenge. The staff is very helpful and quality of food is also good.

It was an okay stay, the rooms were okay but the bathrooms were a bit smelly. Also, the food was average. It had a nice view and the staff were great. We got the garden facing room as it was the only ones available so the view from our room was not so great. Overall an okay stay.

Hotel jiva is a good place to stay. I faced some issues with leakages. The food is average. Better to eat out or order in. Staff is cordial and prompt.

Location at height. Many things not available like breakfast pattern is different. Staff is less, but cooperative. Rooms size is also quite unique. Overall our stay was a bit challenging and didn't enjoyed.

The hotel has an excellent service. The room was clean and hygienic. And view is amazing i literally have no words to explain the awesome view. I’m definitely going to book this hotel again on my next visit. The location is very close to the mall road, however, the slope to reach hotel is very steep. The hotel management sends a person and also has a car to pick and drop off to the mall road. The service is really good, they took care of everything. This hotel is worth it all.

The stay was wonderful. Hygiene was taken care of. Managers are warm. Breakfast can be improved a bit.
