Not provided the same room which i have booked and cleanliness issue
mirror and shelf wasn't cleaned ..its too dusty .. not provided the room which i have booked...they have provided another room which was big enough and no balcony hill view was there

Excellent Stay
The property location is very near to mall road. Even they have parking space. I had done my lunch and breakfast their which was awesome. Staff was cool and very coprative. My family with kids had wonderful spent time. even i booked this hotel only for one day but choose to stay here for another day also.

Excellent Stay
The property location is very near to mall road. Even they have parking space. I had done my lunch and breakfast their which was awesome. Staff was cool and very coprative. My family with kids had wonderful spent time.

Terrible Stay
I am highly disappointed with the room quality at this hotel. The condition of the room is far from what was shown in the photos. 1. **Room Condition:** The bed, pillows, and covers are in terrible condition with black stains and a worn-out appearance. 2. **Cleanliness:** The overall hygiene is extremely poor, making the stay uncomfortable. 3. **Broken Window Glass:** The window glass is broken, compromising safety and comfort. I trusted the photos while making the booking, but the reality is completely different. This experience has been truly disappointing and unacceptable. I would highly appreciate it if the management takes immediate action to address these issues and ensures that guests are provided with quality accommodations as promised.

Disappointing experience: inconvenient location and lack of amenities
The hotel's location is extremely inconvenient with no access to transportation options. Their contact number provided by mm t was incorrect, making communication difficult. The room lacked basic amenities such as a fan, ac, towels, mirror, kettle, and even a landline phone.

Challenging Access and Average Stay
Reaching the hotel was a significant hassle as taxis and rickshaws are not allowed on the road leading to it. I had to walk 800 meters with my luggage, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel itself is quite average; the room was nothing special and did not make up for the difficult journey. Overall, the experience was far from ideal due to the challenging access and mediocre accommodations.

Below average low quality hotel
First of all this is a below average low quality hotel in mussoorie. Prices of food is set high. Don't expect any facility other than a basic room for your stay.

familyThe hotel staff was very friendly and supportive, but the property is definitely not worth it. Very basic small room with no amenities except geyser. The bathroom door was not getting locked. I had to ask to change the room and even the changed room was not that good. The staff helped with everything they could but it was definitely not worth it.

business. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. There were great restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Average Stay
No one attends calls after a paid booking for help regarding location etc there are two ways to reach out to the hotel, one is only for walking and quite steep. There is no where written treebo. Also people should know that at certain hours the taxi does not go till the location, so we ended up pulling our luggage. The rooms with small balcony have a good view. Room heaters were not available as temp dips at night. On a paid booking dinner was not available on the evening we reached. But there was a guy called maratha who was a great help through out so my thanks to him.
