nice service good experience..good food... breakfast was not that good otherwise nice stay..... property is good view from rooms are good

the property was a bit unclean, the washroom looked like it has been clean properly/deeply in ages. the bedsheets were stained.

Nothing was up to the mark. The food quality was the worst, the staff was unfriendly, and the rooms had an unpleasant smell. The room lacked basic amenities, and despite multiple reminders, I didn’t even receive a dental kit. The hotel can only accommodate 4-5 cars in the parking lot. People were making noise and hooting late at night, and the hotel staff didn’t address the issue before or after the complaint

My experience was great. The hotel staff was courteous and the food was good. Overall i would recommend this hotel.

The hotel at the best location, service and staff was good. The taste of the food was delicious. The view from the room was absolutely awesome. The room was clean and spacious. Room services was fast. I loved the hotel’s location, the mountain views from the room. It was so peaceful in the morning. The room amenities were nicely done. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities. A good hotel room is clean, comfy, and has all the essentials. Look for soft bedding, nice furniture, good lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere.

It was a wonderful experience staying at this property. Staff is very cooperative. We are senior citizens though required lift, hotel has 2 lifts connecting from parking to all the floors. Mall road is nearby to the hotel.

My trip to hotel forest view was very good. We enjoyed each and every moment of our stay. The food, the service the taste of food was the best not the least the view from the terrace was awesome good place to visit. I will recommend these place to every body.

I visited these property with my friend on 25th of december 2024. It was a amazing stay. From the time of my check in till i checked out i found every thing absolutely perfect. The room was neat and clean, the food was delicious. All the staff where very good, humble, and courteous. I would stayed more but had no time. Note- the view from the terrance is mind blowing.

I visit Mussoorie for the first time and I was lucky that I booked my stay at Forest View By DL Hotels. As, I get everything that is needed for a comfortable stay at a hill station. I got my room with the Dehradun Valley View and that’s the thing to experience at a hill station. Room was well furnished and maintained, I got all the basic amenities and toiletries for a comfortable stay. Food was with really homely taste and fragrance. Room Service Staff and Housekeeping Staff was also well mannered and trained. There is also a big terrace with best view in evening, where you can enjoy evening snacks and tea with a view. I want to thanks all the team of Forest View for making my trip memorable and I would also like to thanks MMT for suggesting me this property. Recommend to everyone looking for a great escape at Mussoorie……

Smell in room staff don't coprate food was not good staff behavior is too rude second building i as officer property so any celebration was no celebrate

Avg experience, 500 mts from mall road, hygiene is not maintained in room, called reception many times about house keeping, but noone responded, food is good

Hotel is located near mall road and we stayed 3 nights with family. Staff was humble and proactive.

The restaurant is horrible, it is over prized. Not recommended at all, go for other options instead.

The views from terrace are amazing. Restaurant is also beautiful. They have limited parking space for around 20 cars inside and outside the property. But it is manageable as one can park the vehicle on road side nerby the hotel. Restaurant team was quick in service. Reception team was supportive. Overall had a great experience, value for money.
